Currently refusing to pay out on a straight win bet! Not huge amount and all account information verified! With the amount of bad reviews for non payment; I’m not considering small claims but a grouped effort to sue for criminal damages of theft. If they are providing a service and payment is made to Coral and they are not honouring their terms of the agreement they have essentially taken my money under false pretences and not delivered on the original agreement.. It’s a straight forward logic with applicable laws. Just because it hasn’t been done before doesn’t mean it’s impossible. Civil court! They’d still have to lose money for case to be resolved!

Been dealing with corals for over 4 months about my A/C which they shut after I asked why I haven’t received bonuses promotions etc.After back and forth emails which was not any good they gave it to a case manager who said they would reply after 28 days.When the 28 days were up I contacted the case manager William who is a right merchant banker day after day with no acknowledgement or even a courtesy message.2 weeks later Will replied and said I had done nothing wrong and it was there mistake and offered a£20 bet as a way of an apology after shutting my A/C with £50 of bets which I could not watch or check which I did not accept and have referred to IBAS which is funded by the bookmakers so I doubt if anything will happen
