The worst company ever dealt with. I do a lot of sports betting with Coral and their sister company ladbrokes. Always get BOG with Ladb and I presumed I would get BOG wiyh corals as on their website it says so. But apparently you have to opt in no emails about this. Backed a horse at 6/1 it won at 11/1 i thought i would have BOG but I didn't spoke to Alex off twitter instead offering good service and puttingthis right refused to do this. Will be complaining to IBAS as I feel this is very misleading and tricking a lot of customers!

They behave like con artists, out to scam you.
I saw an advert from Coral, advertising preferential odds / a special deal for a Premier League game. This was for new customers only.

I paid in a deposit as soon as I received confirmation the account was opened.

I then tried to place a bet on the match but the App would not progress the bet. I tried repeatedly but the button to progress the bet did not seem to work. Later I saw an email telling me that more information would be required regarding my ID but it was now too late to place the advertised bet.

I then attempted to close the account via the App and requested a withdrawal of the deposit. That also seemed to be problematic and I sought assistance from the live chat service. Eventually I received notice that the ac had been closed - however the deposit money has still NOT been returned, 3 weeks later.

This charade has all the hallmarks of being a scam. They advertise for new customers with the offer of a bet on the same day. They then insist on further checks (having received, quite happily, a monetary deposit). Thus, the bet cannot be made.

They then hold onto the money and do not return it despite the account being closed.

By doing so they presumably make a substantial sum of cash AND interest if a large number of people sign-up only to be told the advertised bet cannot be made but then don’t return deposits made.

If this process is a genuine attempt to acquire new custom then it is a spectacular failure.

I have attempted to raise a complaint via phone and email and I’m being ignored.

These are not the actions of a reasonable and trustworthy business. The behaviour of Coral is unreasonable and this appears no more than a quick money-making scheme - in fact, it is theft.

Terrible company, are quite happy to contact you if you are problem but the minute they are they seem to lose the ability to pick a phone or use an email. Small amount won,never paid out and coral has ghosted me ever time I've tried to communicate. Advice for people, avoid this company like the plague.

Disgusting treatment of it's customers. Go for a month collecting coins which are worthless. 1000 coins would get you a free £3.00 bet. Now it is 30p. Gamble elsewhere to avoid these thieving cheats.

I’ve been playing Game of Thrones slots on the Coral app. I’m prepared to lose money on slots but the odds against you on the Coral app are so unrealistic its untrue. I’ve got to a point on GOT where I have all 7 kingdoms and any bonuses are on the super bonus map and to begin the feature you need 3 bonuses on 1 spin. I completed the map for the “super bonus” and it then took around £500 on 70p spins before I got the 3 bonuses to be able to start the feature. This took around 3hrs and 1,000s of spins before I got 3 bonuses. For all that I won £68! They are purposely getting you to complete the map feature to sucker you in on the promise of a big payout. This is the 3rd time its happened to me now when completing the map so I know its not a 1 off, taking 100s if not 1,000s of spins before the feature starts, with a pathetic payout compared to what has been gambled. Coral betting shop Bucknell stoke on Trent is an absolute disgrace to the betting industry, the staff are so busy chatting and smoking outside it is a problem getting a bet on, having used betting shops for 50 odd years the behaviour of the staff at coral betting shop twig street beggars belief, their license to operate as an office course bookmaker's should be reviewed and there license should taken away and hopefully paddy power or Betfred could take the shop over! Hi. Just to inform public how they pay sports bets and how they support customers.
I have had a double live bet on 2 sport events. Bout of games was declared as a winners, but one of games had interruption because of rain. But in the end it was scored as a winner the team on what I bet was declared as a winner. What Coral did is it just payed me as a single bet and avoid the second leg. It is going against its own rules. I try to get some support from Coral live support but agents are not interested to support you and they delay to respond so you stay there and wait for what.. The official results are available at flashscore and all my games is settled as a winner but for them the rain is how they can use to scam? I believe if my team was losing they would score it as a lose. Today it is easy to check if you are right or not by AI tools and its say that I am right. How can they do this? They should get some penalty for doing things like this as this is fraud. I give them all details and still they try to tell me its ok and I am wrong when its not like that. If anyone think to use Coral for sports betting think twice! :)
