**GREAT SERVICE FROM CHD DRIVERS ASHER & RICHARD**
Both drivers were professional, polite, and extremely helpful. They asked if I wanted the items unpacked, checked where everything was going, and even took their shoes off without being asked. I also appreciated the text updates letting me know when they would arrive. A really professional service from Cotswolds Furniture Company.

Our furniture arrived earlier than expected. The delivery team, Asher and Richard, were very nice and placed our sofa and chair just where we wanted them and also took the time to adjust the legs so that they were level.
The sofa and chair are very comfortable and look great in our house.

The staff in store were great, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very helpful staff, not intrusive but there if we had any questions.
Everything we wanted to see was in the store so we could move things around to get the look we wanted.

The staff are always welcoming on arrival to the store, always willing to help without being in your face . The store is always clean and well presented.

Absolutely brilliant as I was able speak to a lovely sales advisor (Yujung) in store through a live video link to my phone, who took me around the store to find the sample which was able to see before making the purchase
I was then able to order the sample and placed my order online.
I heard straight away via email that my 2 set of chest of drawers would be delivered on 17/2.
2 days before delivery I got an email telling me the time slot and they were delivered on the day between the 2 hour slot they gave me by Matt and Santos.
Super helpful guys that took the boxed drawers straight upstairs to bedroom.
The packaging was second to none and no sign of damage.
We purchased Berkeley black chest of drawers x2 - they are perfect - exactly what we wanted and so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all round!

We visited the store and chose our furniture and returned to purchase a few days later. On both occasions the assistant’s were very helpful and talked us through any questions we had. Nice and easy to deal with and furniture due to be delivered in just over a weeks time

Asher & Richard were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure we were fully happy before leaving, taking all the rubbish away with them . Very pleased with our utility unit in dove grey . Our delivery drivers were really friendly and professional. They offered to take their shoes off to avoid getting our carpet wet when carrying our furniture upstairs. The order was on time and early in the morning so that it did not disturb our day.
