Back in a heartbeat
My husband and I ordered the Camille dinning table. The service was amazing, all of my questions were answered, demos given and great ideas/home inspirations was suggested. Nothing was too much.
This was my first time shopping at The Cotswold Company in Harpenden and I would be back in a heartbeat.

Fabulous service and beautiful shop.
They were so helpful in the store, extending the table for us to show us how easy it was to do. Just all super helpful and polite. Such beautiful pieces and we’re so excited to receive our new dining table and chairs.

Superb customer service
Nancy at Cotswold Harpenden has been exceptional not only once but consistently on 3 occasions. Each involving 3 super king size beds and mattresses. The information how they could be reconstructed to negotiate a difficult medieval staircases was key to my purchases. Super service, thank you Nancy

Outstanding service.
Lovely shop, beautifully laid out displays.
But most of all excellent customer service, all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Ruby who dealt with our order and then we received a follow up email from the manager Nancy.
What a lovely addition to Harpenden High Street.
