From going in the shop to order Stamford) Christina was very helpful and informative. She spent quite a bit of time with us sorting our order.
Not all our furniture could be delivered as some of the pieces were our of stock. The items that have been
delivered are of good quality. Thank you to Jermaine and Bernard who delivered the items. They were very helpful and put the furniture in place. Delivery time given was spot on. Couldn't fault.

Cotswold Company Bedroom Furniture
We ordered two Bedside Tables and a Chest of Drawers from The Cotswold company. Delivery was really fast with order and delivery processed within 7 days. The quality of the furniture is very good and they look great in situ. A special thank you goes out to the delivery team - Bernard and Aro who unpacked and installed the furniture into our bedroom. They were extremely courteous and professional and were a credit to the company, well done guys!!! In summary a great experience and would highly recommend The Cotswold Company.

The shop was full of so many lovely…
The shop was full of so many lovely things which made it difficult to choose items from. I then wanted some more cushions like the one I chose; I rang and a very helpful lady arranged for them to be sent to me by post. An all round great experience.

Customer Services have now sorted this. Delivery as per agreed timescales. Seems the issue was caused by an automated email with incorrect information.

From going to the Stanford store to order, talking on the phone & the delivery guys, the service has been excellent.
Everyone was so nice & friendly.
Was given a delivery slot a few days before then got a phone call to say they were 30 minutes away.
Love my new bedroom furniture.

Very pleasant staff, happy to help. Dealt with Andrea who was lovely.
My only negative is the furniture has an up to 4 week delay, yet the payment has already been taken. I would have preferred the payment to have been taken when the furniture is dispatched

Friendly customer service by Devan, along with his extensive product knowledge, truly helped us in making our purchase. We would be delighted to return and buy more furniture if we could experience this level of service at all your stores.
