Have tried other raw food brands and…
Have tried other raw food brands and apart from making it myself which would not be for me, this is the best raw food, many other brands are compressed like a pate, this is the real deal supplemented a couple of times a week with raw bones from my local farmshop which to be fair is much cheaper than buying bones online and can vouch for their provenance, so if you are going raw then this is the one !! my dogs are so much healthier and it is having a positive impact on my young staffies recent skin issues from grass pollen, and dogs waste material is much less and non smelly, so win win

4 Years of great food

Our WCS loves this food
Our WCS loves this food. We have tried many brands but this one is consistently loved by him. We decided to get a bigger order delivered direct to our home now that we have a dedicated freezer in our garage for the dog food!

Excellent quality with a good variety of proteins. The website is easy to navigate and the whole process from ordering to delivery is straightforward. The dogs enjoy the food as well!

Food is expensive
Food is expensive, one of my dogs quite often leaves food in the bowl. Other raw food normally gets finished.

Cotswold raw dog food is excellent nutrition for my English bull terrier Darcy.He has been on this food since he was a puppy.He is in excellent health with super shiny coat.
The customer service is excellent with delivery via their own vans or overnight courier.The company is very responsive to any quieries and quickly resolve any issues.
I am very happy with both the quality and the customer service.

Disappointing packaging. Good food
Good quality minced raw food. Packaging is all plastic and takes to a lot of freezer space though so won't be reordering

Raw food producers must use leak-proof containers that can stand -19c blast freezing and courier transport. It is the practice for all human food, is a legal requirement for pet food (EU Reg 142/2011) and important from a food safety point of view. The trays are also 100% recyclable with your kerbside recycling collection. We hope that helps explain why we use the trays but we are sorry to hear that it was an area of your order that didn't satisfy your expectations. Have a great week. Best wishes CR

In my opinion this is one of the best raw foods on the market for both quality and consistency of ingredients.
I’m sure in a taste test, my dogs would go for Cotswold Raw first, ( have you got any taster jobs going at the moment? 😉).

My Husky loves the raw beef
My Husky loves the raw beef and the tripe, 10 seconds and it’s all gone at feeding time ! He is doing great on it, fit as a fiddle and lots of energy.
Only reason for 4 star is it would be nice to have a little more flexibility on the subscription, being able to pull it forwards or push it out xx days/weeks. Only way to do this now is cancel the current subscription and place a new one….. At least last time I tried.
