Fantastic next day service
Fantastic next day service, but you do pay a lot for delivery, well packaged ( maybe too well) with freezer bags included which I'll reuse. If the delivery charge was a bit less I'd order again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our products and service. So glad to hear the food arrived well and the freezer bags were useful. In terms of delivery. We do have a standard delivery charge of £4.95, for orders of over 5 kgs. We also offer free delivery with Subscriptions. Because your order was under the 5kg mark it is harder to inuslate and ship effectively so it does incur a higher 9.95 charge. Hopefully now the food has gone down well and you order a little more the delivery charge would halve, indeed on subscription be free. Have a lovely weekend. Best wishes CR
Great quality raw food. Great customer service.
After a delivery company only delivered half of the order, one email to CR and the issue was quickly resolved. Our dogs have been enjoying the food for years, it’s probably the best raw food (and we’ve tried quite a few).

Good raw dog food for reasonable money
Bought it for my 5 mini Yorkshire terriers. It was well packed and quite fast delivered. My dogs love it. The only issue - size of carrots cubes a bit big for them, so they leave it in the bowls. Otherwise great nutrition raw food for dogs!

Can’t recommend Cotswold Raw enough. Their customer service is impeccable and even their delivery drivers are kind and helpful.
My dog was such a fussy eater but there’s always an empty bowl since being on Cotswold Raw!
Considering the quality of the food, I think the cost is very reasonable. We’ve now signed up to monthly deliveries which was easy to do and there’s even a discount too.

Excellent Service, Delivery and Quality Dog Food. My dog loves the 80/20 and variety of the food. We keep her on a strict diet to manage her weight (she's a lab and will eat anything) so we don't fit into the subscription 4-week window, it's sometimes 5 or 6 weeks, depending on what treats she's had or if we're away but I just email Cotswold Raw and they roll the order forward for me.

Excellent product and service
The food is very good quality and my dog has been enjoying the products for three years now. The admin around order processing is very efficient and the products always arrive in good condition ready to go in the freezer. Occasionally we have a box that is split and leaks when defrosted but other than that, very happy customer.

Great choice, such a variation of meals, suitable for every life stage of your dog. Well packaged. Easy to use. Larger size packs available. Quality ingredients.
