Very happy pup pup
We have been feeding our pup Cotswold Raw Puppy since bringing him home from the breeder, who weaned him onto CR whilst in his care. We have now progressed to Adult Active and he loves it just as much, there is also more variety of flavours which is fabulous and will keep him from getting bored. Website ordering is simple and delivery is next day if ordered in time.
Only wish their chosen delivery agents would use a temperature controlled van as whilst CR packed meals using insulated materials, 6 of the meals were partially defrosted on arrival due to hot weather, this is no fault of CR but you would expect a large well known parcel delivery company to take food product delivery, especially raw meat, more seriously and put something in place to ensure they are delivering food goods to arrive in the same frozen state as they were picked up in especially in hot weather, even a secondary insulation box owned by themselves if a temperature regulated van wasn’t feasible, as another hour or two on the van would potentially have seen these meals fully defrosted before they had arrived.

Great service and product
Great service, packaged well for freezer storage, dog really enjoys it. Adjusted delivery for a convenient day without hassle.
One pack was defrosted on arrival and another partially so. Worked out OK, as the amount I am feeding meant I could use them up in necessary time, but not ideal, hence 4 stars rather than 5.
I was reluctant to go raw, as it seemed a hassle, but this is really easy, doesn’t smell, isn’t messy and takes up less space than I anticipated.

Quick delivery, very well insulated and frozen on arrival and my Lab totally loves the food... he is seemingly an unusual fussy lab... only 1 year old but prefers this raw selection to others we have fed him!

A really good meaty meal giving shiny coats and boundless energy.
Great communication giving plenty of time before subscription order due. Always good communication about delivery date as frozen product and has always arrived as stated on time. Dogs absolutely love the meat and arrives in easy to use and store packaging. Would recommend to anyone with dogs. Both have shiny coats and endless energy which is perfect for my working collies.

I've reviewed this company many times. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Never any bother to answer questions about their food. Top quality meats no fillers or anything artificial. Good variety of meats and bones on offer.
Delivery on time. Super packaging which I reuse or recycle.

Tried a few brands of raw, Cotswold comes out top, dog loves the food. Couldn’t give five stars, no fault of Cotswold but when delivering the delivery ran into brick wall on shared driveway.

Great food, delivered to your door. Only food I have found that suits my fussy dog who has many allergies. Regular accurate updates so you know exactly when to expect your delivery. Packaged well so no problems if you can not unpack it Immediately. Customer service second to none. Easy to manage account online including pausing deliveries.

Ordering Simple. Quality Excellent.
Online ordering is simply, fast and reliable. The packaging and delivery is excellent. The meat quality is very high. We have a young (one year old) Doberman, and he is transitioning from Chicken to Wild, and oils getting healthier and stronger.

Happy dog, happy human!
A 1kg pack does 3 meals for my picky-eater vizsla. Feed him 333g per meal, he’s 27kg. He seems to love it, eats it quickly without hesitation. His gut seems happier too, better poos / less often. 👍

I am lucky enough to live fairly close to Cotswold Raw HQ so all my orders have been delivered by their own van with good service & friendly staff.
My 18 month old GSD loves all the flavours we've tried so far and if he's happy,i'm happy.
