Cotswold shoes Avis 145

I bought a pair of Cotswold wellingtons to replace my old pair which I had found very comfortable to wear. I did not buy them direct from Cotswold but via a third party, I contacted Cotswold with a minor question about something regarding my purchase and found thier Costomer service second to none. Sap who dealt with my query was very helpful in dealing with me.
I will definately buy Cotswold products again and would like to say a massive thanks to Saf and the rest of customer services. 😀😀😀👏👏

I’ve bought the women’s Barton Wellington Khaki in January 2026 to walk my dogs on the moors because it was very wet. 3 1/2 months later the treat pattern is already badly walked off. They reckon it’s wear and tear after such a short time? I don’t think so. It’s a shame but those wellies are not fit for purpose.

Sizing is completely wrong but they will not acknowledge this. I usually take a size 5 but after reading the reviews which said the boots came up small I ordered a size 6 which is still too small. The company will do nothing about it and I have to pay to return the incorrectly sized boots!

The shoes and boots are lovely but the sizes are wrong , too small . A 41 us only about 7.5 not an 8 , uk sizes

After ordering the wrong size Cotswolds was easy to contact and sort out return and then reorder and subsequently a quick delivery very happy

Rubber on both legs split in same place just above ankle on both boots after 14 months only used for winter dog walking. Retailer said I the tears were due to impact and they would do nothing They are happy selling wellies that break after short time of use it seems And impact claim is Utter rubbish I deduce as exactly same spot on each boot It is due to poor quality rubber snd stress at that point I would not buy Cotswold again as a result or shop at mole store who sell them Contacted Cotswold to no avail they referred me to the retailer

My boots arrived the day after I ordered them. Love the quality of the leather, the boots are beautifully made. They fit exact to my usual show size in length of the shoe, but is a little too tight over the foot and around the ankle, so I would recommend ordering a size up if you have wide feet.
