Cottman of Louisville Avis

Very friendly and professional staff. I sure hope my car does well. It quit on me the day after I picked it up from Cottman. Another mechanic said there was a cord not fully plugged back into the bottom of my battery when reassembled by Cottman. It was so disappointing to pay all that money and for it not to start! Seems ok now.

We always have great service at Cottman of Louisville! Our truck was in and out in a day!

Cottman is always efficient with diagnosis and repair, doing an excellent job of communicating during the process. They are also patient in situations where certain work may need approval from administration. They have installed re-manufactured transmissions in 3 different vehicles in the last 2 years for me, and all of these vehicles are still operating properly.

Had a very great experience with Cottoman of Louisville. Super friendly staff and did a great job fixing my vehicle.

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received at Cottman.
Everyone was very friendly, informative, and professional to deal with.
We definitely will use them again or refer them to other people.
Greg was very pleasant And honest.

First time here but seemed very fair, explained everything thoroughly and offered fair pricing. Definitely going back!

Friendly, knowledgeable people. Great communication. Excellent service.

I was on vacation when my transmission started acting up and Greg went out of his way to get me in and have my truck done in a day. I'm sure he put me in front of other customers, but he made sure I was back on the road as quick as possible.
Couldn't have been a nicer group of people to deal with.

Answered politely and quickly all my questions during the process.

Great place and experienced staff. Quick turn around. Thanks Greg!!

Greg was very helpful and the job was completed quickly. Pricing was competitive.

It is hard to find honest mechanics! I highly recommend these guys. They were great and upfront on what needed to be done!

They were very nice and took the time to explain everything. I will take my car there again.
