Wanted to open a new account and transfer money. Called up and helpful female at customer service got it all done for me in no time at all. Been using the app for a couple of years, simple and reliable. My experience has been great.

Prompt callback when lines busy. Helpful and courteous UK-based staff, easy to understand. Just a pity, then, that Cov BS policy is to have customers wait until the day after a fixed-term ISA matures before providing maturity instructions. It means I had to call them twice, when once would suffice, in my opinion. Other building societies allow customers to provide such information in the days leading up to maturity.

My review relates to the log-in issues…
My review relates to the log-in issues recently experienced. I tried to log in using the user name and password saved on my computer. Coventry has accepted this combination despite having changed the user name. On this occasion I was denied access and told to re-register. I tried this but was sent round in circles. When the phone service re-opened the problem was solved but the adviser seemed unable to accept the experience as described to her.I have been a customer for 16 years, mostly pleased but there have been glitches apart from this.
