A staff member called Andrea dealt with me.
This lady was so kind, attentive and had the patience in helping me to registry for the app. Andrea you are a star!!!
I've always been happy with the Milton Keynes branch.

A great experience of old-fashioned customer relations
I was quite stressed as I thought I had lost my money. I was dealt with very sensitively by everyone I spoke to, but particularly by Jash in Complaints and Rajan, who were particularly kind and helpful. The focus on customer service is so welcome in this day and age, and I would recommend Coventry Building Society to anyone considering investing their money.

Poor Service
A mix up with an ISA where money should have gone into the savings account but came out by mistake. The bank where the money was sent to tried to return it back to the ISA account but Coventry Building Society refused to accept it despite the bank saying they should. Very disappointed with Coventry Building Society's response. As the account had only just been opened I decide to close it within the cooling off period and Coventry Building Society charged me £1900 pounds for closing an account early. I had to get a written response from the new bank to prove when the transfer and closing date were requested, (which was in the cooling off period) All in all a bad and costly experience as I have lost this years £20000 ISA allowance.

I havnt had a good experience with them. I opened a stocks and shares ISA on July the 12 th 2026.I filled out all the forms to take the money for shares I had in Ascot Lloyd, I was informed it would be about 30 days. First they didn’t forward the paperwork to Ascot Lloyd,it’s now October nothing has been done , I’ve had no communication from them until I went into the local branch.This is extremely incompetent.I have now cancel the whole thing !!!
