It's good to have a local branch.
I normally do online transactions, but wasn't sure about something I wanted to do. I went into my local branch and was very pleased they resolved my quandary. They were patient and helpful.

It is so easy and simple to use Coventry's online app, even for someone of my age (84). Any problems I have had over the years have been dealt with quickly and sympathetically. Great company to deal with!

The mortgage broker put Godiva forward for the buy to let, the experience was generally quite positive, only issue was I had use a solicitor quite a distance from where I lived which made the experience a little more stressful than it needed to be!

They say that "At Coventry Building Society, we look after our savers and borrowers". Never was this truer than in my particular case. I was moving Isas and the dates got mixed, and despite them not having to do anything they went the extra mile and sorted it out for me. In this instance they could not have been more helpful and now have customers for life. I often wonder why many organisations cannot see the bigger long term picture when dealing with customers, but you can rest assured that the Coventry Building Society looks after those who save with them. 10/10 from me.

Power of Attorney set up. Recently visited Coventry Building…
Recently visited Coventry Building Society, Northampton branch, to set up a Power of Attorney for my mother's account. My wife and I sat down with Rosie, and within three quarters of an hour, the whole application was completed, with all queries answered.
As my wife had a very bad experience some time ago, setting up a Power of Attorney for her brother at the Cirencester branch, Rosie's attitude was like a "breath of fresh air". Compliments and thanks to her.
Within two days the application was approved at head office, and I received an email to set up a security code to access the Coventry app. The process was very easy too set up and is now working faultlessly.
If, in future, I have any queries I will certainly be contacting Rosie, and the team, at Coventry Building Society in Northampton. Thankyou for your very professional attitude and excellent Customer service.

This lady was so kind, attentive and had the patience in helping me to registry for the app. Andrea you are a star!!!
