Good experience mattress shopping. David introduced himself but left us to it to test on our own. Once we were ready to ask questions he was helpful and helped us test different mattress and topper combinations.

Craig ensured our experience shopping for furniture went smoothly. He took us round the store identifying everything we wanted to buy, sometimes with the vaguest of descriptions. Having compiled our list he ensured we had the best prices available and benefited from all current offers.

Throughout the process Craig was friendly, cheerful, informative and totally professional. He made the experience easy and enjoyable.

It is refreshing to enter a furniture store and not be immediately hounded by sales staff - Christopher Pratts has a relaxed atmosphere and the staff strike an excellent balance between offering advice and leaving you alone to consider for yourself.

He went above and beyond by arranging and sending fabric samples for us to look at, which made it much easier to choose the right colour and material for our home.

David Johnson in the Leeds branch was excellent as we were looking for a 3 seat sofa, 2 seat sofa and a cuddler. His advice and guidance on offers, options, brands and types of sofa cushions helped us find all the sofas (including material, cushions and colours) and delivery etc.
I would recommend anyone to visit their store for a sofa, particularly when they have offers as they have a wide selection at competitive prices.

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of David’s help while buying a new bed. He was helpful polite and very efficient. I also had help from Lisa regarding a footstool I ordered and she was very helpful too. Great company and staff.

Dale assisted us in choosing a new bed and mattress and took time to explain the best options for us. He is very knowledgable and friendly without being pushy. David was also very helpful when we were choosing our sofas and other items of furniture. Overall we were very happy with the service.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our first visit to this Leeds store and it won’t be the last. Special mention must go to Mark Huntington and David Johnson who offered us great advice, product knowledge and excellent service in the store. We wanted a large sofa, chair and storage footstool and had very particular requirements but Mark listened and then showed us several suitable models. He left us to browse, popping back to answer any questions we might have which was the perfect approach for us. We wanted to take another look at one other option which CP didn’t stock so David took our order the next day (Mark’s day off) and did so helpfully and efficiently with great accuracy. The email communication that followed was all perfect. The order was ready very quickly and easily beat the estimate, delivered in 9 weeks but could have been earlier if we hadn’t been on holiday.
The delivery process was a master class in how it should be done but rarely is - great communication by email, text and phone and two marvellous delivery men who took great care with my order and my house unpacking and assembling the furniture and removing all packaging. Attractive and welcoming store, wide choice of products, excellent in store service and follow up and excellent delivery service. Why go anywhere else - well done and thank you to all at Christopher Pratts.

The showroom offered an excellent range of stylish, high‑quality sofas and home furnishings. Tamsyn, the Store Manager, was truly impressive—her friendly manner, clear guidance, and deep knowledge of the sofa I purchased made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be returning for more home items and look forward to speaking with Tamsyn again on my next visit.

We didnt realise the sheer size of the place but it disnoffer exactly what we needed and would go again. With wonderful customer service from David T, we felt well informed about products, but not overwhelmed or pushed into buying. He offered opinions and taught out to help us reach a decision on a mattress. Many thanks

We visited the Leeds store on Saturday 12th September and received excellent service. Upon arrival we were greeted by a member of the team and then allowed to browse the store without interruption, unlike other stores where you feel like you are being harassed as soon as you walk over the threshold. When we had made our choice Craig Thornton-Fletcher was on hand to answer any questions that we raised and help us secure the sofa the that we wanted to purchase. Great service all round - thank you
