Crabs were great
Crabs were great, however, delivery was lacking. I paid for Saturday delivery but on Friday I got a call saying that UPS did not have Saturday delivery to Martha's Vineyard. That presented quite a dilemma. I had to figure out how to get the crabs from the nearest drop off point off island to the island. It involved several calls to the drop off point, cab company and boat plus a lot of stress and anxiety plus extra payment for a service already paid for. Fortunately all involved were very helpful and the crabs arrived in plenty of time for dinner and they were enjoyed by everyone. However, I will be very reluctant to do this again.

We are very happy that everything was able to work out in the end. Unfortunately, UPS cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries everywhere in the country as they have limited weekend services. If you are able to select deliveries for Tuesday-Friday in the future, we should be able to avoid selecting an access point for delivery. We hope this will not deter you from thinking of us again in the future!
Great Customer service
Finally after 3 tries I actually have my account in my name. Yeah!!!!! Other than that, all deliveries have been on time and products surpass my expectations. I think I lost some crabby awards due to my acct being in my cousin's name. But, the last person I talked to corrected that problem. Keep up the good work. Crabbing is very good in Colorado, I need your services.

Quality Maryland Crabmeat
Quality Maryland Crabmeat, contained only crab, with little to no shells. I didn’t find any shell at all. The Jumbo Lump Crab was really Jumbo Lump. Made very tasty Maryland-style crab-cakes. The items were packaged and shipped properly to maintain food safety standards, and received very timely.
