I wouldn't use the merchant again
I wouldn't use the merchant again. Order delivery date not as advertised and no communication until I chased. Even after that, no apologies in a few emails back and forth. As a customer, I did not feel valued or respected.

Hi Ola, we are very sorry to hear you were dissapointed with the date your box arrived. Checking the details I can see you chose the 29th Dec but unfortunately, and as we explained prior to your delivery, our courier DPD announced the 28th as a Bank Holiday - this meant we could not ship anything although we wanted to. Apologies again about this. Christmas and New Year weeks are always tricky so we try to get out as many orders as possible. I hope you enjoyed the produce though and have issued you a credit to use next time, please check your inbox. All the best
My order arrived two days late meaning…
My order arrived two days late meaning I had to source other meat for the meal.
I was not advised will in advance as claimed below. My order was placed on 26th Dec so this is patently untrue. When ordering you allowed me to choose a date of 29th Dec. I check all the FAQ’s which suggested allowing an extra day for delivery which I duly did knowing it could arrive on 30th and still be ok. I left a voicemail and sent one email on days that weren’t bank holidays but got no reply.
I appreciate you would be busy over Christmas but if you accept an order for a particular day you can’t deliver it two days late. And then claiming I was warned well in advance is a blatant lie as I wasn’t a pre-Christmas order.

Your order didn't arrive two days late, we advised you well in advance that during Xmas week we could not guarantee the exact date.
Update to your reply - My apologies, I have located your order and stand corrected, however, we did send you an email to advise that DPD were closed on the Tues 28th Dec because it was a Bank Holiday and that the earliest we could dispatch was the next day for Thurs delivery. I can see you have had a string of conversions with Emma and she is working with you to put things right, which we will.

I'd give 5 for the produce but I received something different to that which I'd ordered with my first order, I emailed them but have heard nothing back. I expect they've been very busy. With my second order, delivery was a day later than expected.

Great quality meat, delivered to the door. We found Crafted Meats after the first lockdown and have continued to place regular orders since. We continue to work from home, so not having to go shopping is one less thing to worry about! Thank you!
