Poor service, but food good.
Ordered beef puddings and a pie to be delivered last Wednesday, so I stayed in all day. The next day received an e-mail from Crafted Meats offering my money back or a new delivery date. I asked that the goods be delivered on the next Wednesday 15th June. I received an e-mail on the 14th, from Crafted Meats, alerting me to delivery the next day. Stayed in all day Wednesday. On Thursday morning I received an e-mail from DPD saying goods would be delivered that day. They arrived in an insulated box with two freezer bags. The temperature of the puddings was 7.5 C a little warmer than I would prefer but not too bad. The freezer blocks were still solid in the middle.
Probably needs another freezer block during this hot spell.
I hope the food is good it might make up a little for the poor service.
Had half the pie tonight really tasty and lots of meat.

Such good quality love your beef and cheese pies, your meat from pork,beef,lamb and chicken you can really taste the difference from supermarket meat we could now never go back I have no hesitation in recommending this company

Good products , good service
I've bought from them a few times now and I am very happy with the products and the service. Only had a problem once and that was down to DPD, Crafted Meats refunded very quickly ( a lot quicker than some well known internet companies).
I will continue to use them.

Pies delivered today so not tried them yet but will tonight. My only gripe is you didn´t write or label the pies so not sure what pie is what. They look scrummy though.

Service not worth it for the price- would not shop here again
Ordered two of the whole rabbits for an Easter meal. My main issue was that I ordered two and only one was delivered. Also, The packaging the rabbit came in said that the meat was a product of France, not Cumbria as the site claimed. I found this strange considering the site makes a big deal about the rabbits being locally bred in the UK. As well as this, the delivery date given on my confirmation email was the day before the meat actually got delivered, so I had to wait in all day for no reason. There were no problems with the meat itself and I was quickly refunded for the rabbit that failed to arrive, but for the amount I was charged for the service I received, I would not shop here again.

Hi Lydia, unfortunately, at the time of you placing the order rabbit was in scarce supply and is still quite difficult to source even at this time. We do state on the website that a suitable replacement shall be sent if a Cumbrian rabbit is not available at the time. But we would always ensure the product is high quality so we are pleased to hear you enjoyed it.

Sorry to report this bad review. However I waited and waited for my delivery, providing extra delivery information before despatch when asked to do so although living in a remote area of west coast scotland did not require a street number as it is a farmhouse. No goods came ofcourse.....but then came the unforgiving part. One of the colleagues decided to blame me for not providing a proper address, despite another colleague letting me know all was okay. I was then made to feel that I should be super grateful that they refunded me !!
So, all in all I will never use this company again and sadly cannot suggest anyone else should.
I shall be happy to share with Crafted Meats the name and emails of the discourteous staff member if the company wishes....I have them all !!

Margaret, our labelling process is all automated so when we spotted you hadn't left a property name or number we got in touch with you and asked for the correct address. It was then we made contact with DPD to inform them of the correct address to help ensure the box we shipped arrived. It was at that moment communication between your local depot and the driver, unfortunately, failed, resulting in the box not being delivered within a suitable time frame. As per our terms and conditions we do not cover loss for inaccurate or incomplete addresses but on this occasion, and as a gesture of goodwill, we sent you a full refund. Please ensure you check your address with any future orders online. It might save the company you are buying from a significant loss.
Order did not arrive on schedule day and then arrived later
Order did not arrive on schedule day. I had to chase to find out what happened. Was told it would be delivered the following day or else it would not be usable as needed to be delivered within 48 hours. DPD claimed it was delivered by 1pm, it did not arrive. I chased Crafted Meats to clarify why it did not arrive and was ignored. DPD then delivered it late. Again chased Crafted Meats to find out whether it had been delivered within the 48 hour window/whether safe to eat and was ignored. Still no response 3 days later. Completely unreliable with poor customer service

Chicken and pork pie were excellent
Chicken and pork pie were excellent, delivery on time. Only thing was the classic rag suet pudding which had one tiny piece of meat in and not much gravy. I will buy from Crafted Meats again because the Chicken is so good, it actually tastes of chicken.
