Hi I ordered steak and piking style ribs the steak was lovely however the two 4lb ribs came in 1lb packs I ordered the 4lb ribs so there was lots of meat on the bone so was very disappointed

Used Crafted meats for over a year now. The food really is unbeatable. When I want finer cuts, the quality is perfect but when I need just tasty regular bbq or party options I never feel let down. Plus the price is competitive for everything. Pro Tip: any homemade offers such as the large hot dog sausages or sausage burger patties will always be a winner!

Meat wasn’t cold on delivery and smelt off. Inadequately packages especially as it was during the heatwave and going to be with the courier overnight.Only packed with 3 small ice packs which was totally inadequate for the quantity of meat, the temperature and not due to be delivered to the customer until the following day. Also many items had a use by date of only 2 days. On opening a package the meat smelt rancid.
After contacting this company requesting a refund this was refused outright and I was told that the meat was safe to eat, even if it had become warm during the delivery process! I was also advised that I should cook it thoroughly but I didn’t buy steak and a roast beef joint for it to be well cooked. I am appalled and disgusted with the whole experience.

I ordered sirloin, ribeye and tbone steaks, sausages, lamb and sauces from this company for the first time recently and I was extremely happy with the quality of the products. The steaks were flavoursome and so tender and sausages were meaty and delicious. The peppercorn sauce was popped in the microwave and served alongside which contributed to a awesome meal! Ordering and delivery was super easy and efficient. I would definitely use this company again for quality meats.

There was a small picking error with my order but the excellent customer services had no issue with resolving the problem very quickly.

The meat is fantastic as in great taste like meat used to taste, 100% quality. My only gripe would be some time they leave an item out the box but they do refund this is the reason for 4 stars

Excellent produce as always. T-Bone was amazing!!!! Tried the new beef black pepper and red onions burgers and they were superb!! Always packaged well. Such good quality meat and excellent value for money!!!

Excellent in every way

I bought a few things for my dad for Father's Day. It was delivered on time by a lovely delivery person so that was top marks straight away. My dad has absolutely loved everything so far. And has asked that I consider any future presents for him to be from Crafted Meats! I am thrilled! Thank you so much.

Fantastic meat pies and fruit pies. Taste completely home-made with plenty of meat and delicious pastry. My husband tried the meat pie and now realises what a lousy cook he's married to! They are Brillant. I've put in a second order already.!

Delivery came at 8.45 at night with no communication or update. Then when it did arrive with something missing, which seemed to be my problem? Good quick reply from there online person but a bit rude and abrupt with her replies. The meat that arrived had an average use by date of 4 days. But the 'frozen' fresh duck was unacceptable for me

Sent Guanciale with four days till best before (it has a three month shelf life). Ordered twice before and they never showed up and ruined a birthday weekend. Will never use them again
