Everything about this order from start to finish was incredible. I was given an immediate quote, but once I reached out to customer service to change a few things, I was given an updated quote without issue. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and very helpful. The pricing was so reasonable, especially compared to some of the other quotes I received. The sign itself arrived quickly and it was packaged very well. We were worried because the outside box was beat up, however the sign was perfect. Also, this is a small thing, but the wiring on the back of the sign was SO neat and orderly, it really appealed to my OCD. Would definitely order from here again.

Exceeded My Expectations!

There's a lot of these companies online. Some cost more, some cost less. The ease of use on the website encouraged me to try Crazy Neon. And I'll be honest, I was blown away. Production and delivery was fast. The packaging to protect the product was exceptional. And the workmanship and quality of the product was perfect. Incredibly bright, and looked EXACTLY like the mock up. Will definitely buying more from this company soon.

The buying process was really great, I felt like they provided me a decent sign with a good price, design turnaround was quick, and shipping was smooth and it was well packed. It’s been a little while and my sign will randomly turn off and also on. I imagine this would be a problem with the power block it came with but for it to be having issues after only a few months is troublesome. I don’t move my sign around at all so for it to be going bad already is really disappointing.

Absolutely fantastic!! They had so many options on sizes for their signs which is very difficult to find. Most sites have a range of lengths to choose from but you can custom order your size here and the height of the letters is an option also. That makes a huge difference when you order a large sign. Mine is for my sons wedding! Fast service and packaged perfectly. No way there was a chance of any damage.
