Poor quality, materials and workmanship
Purchased the neon sign for the outdoors and it should’ve come with proper water proofing and good quality materials. The water seals were broken, the cable materials was very poor quality and the colors were different from the light to the controller (white) and from the controller to the power supply (black). Disappointed with the workmanship and overall quality.

Our team is committed to working with you to find the best solution.
Regarding the wires, we use a transparent wire that is UL approved for our signs. This wire blends well with the sign's background when hung or mounted, ensuring aesthetic harmony. The black wire from the power supply to the power outlet is an industry-standard wire.
Hope the above will help in resolving your concern around the wires and we look forward for connecting to resolve the quality concerns as well.
Awesome Value and Easy Process
Great process and their product is solid quality. I bought a custom neon from them prior to this Christmas. Got it a few weeks later and it's been a solid purchase.

Pleased Overall
Size was just right, and the remote control is a nice accessory with several light modes available. Would have given 5 stars but the stand feet aren't very secure and it would be nice to have a slow fade in/out mode. Overall, love the sign!

My experience was great. I couldn't believe how fast they processed the order. It was nice to be able to track the shipping and it even arrived a day earlier than predicted. The product arrived in great condition and looked exactly as expected.

My entire experience was top-notch: Communication through the design process was superb. A mockup was sent within a day, and it looked fantastic. Once I approved, the sign was created quickly and communication on shipping was great. When I received it, I was stunned by the quality - it looks amazing. It included everything in the box and was super easy to get set up, including the bluetooth control app for my phone.
