Intuit Credit Karma US Avis 

I tried withdrawing $300 from my Credit Karma Spend account 2 times using a Circle K ATM. No money was dispensed either time, however Credit Karma still took the $300 out of my Spend account. I submitted copies of the transaction to Credit Karma disputing them taking $300 out of my account. The receipts from both attempts that clearly showed ZERO money was dispensed. However Credit Karma determined they would not return the $300 because Circle K supposedly gave me the $300. I never even talked to a Circle K employee so how can Circle K or Credit Karma say Circle K f gave me the $300. Trust me, I will NEVER put money into my Credit Karma Spend account ever again!!!

Terrible. Had my save account hacked and had $915 stolen from me and Credit Karma refused to refund me the money and closed the dispute. I called them the day it happened and it was activity that was unusual for my account seeing I had never used or submitted any documentation asking for a debit card. A debit card was activated on my account, my entire save account was transferred to it and taken out all on the same day. The same day I reported the fraud.

While credit karma does provide a vantage score, that is about the extent of any valuable service it provides. The predatory lending companies that it pushes does way more harm than any good this company claims to do.

agent consistently blamed me for the phone verification system not working. forced me to reverify when i confirmed all my personal information including my SSN. still tried to say the issue was me and wanted me to provide photo proof. NO ONE cares about my credit and locking me out of my account and making me reset my password, then still trying to get me to give you more info on top of my cell, email, name, and SSN is ridiculous. I told the agent to delete my account and he ignored that request too. Reporting your company on TrustPilot and to the BBB for hijacking my account. There are 2 dozen credit sites. Looks like this site is now trash and you treat your customers like trash. bye.

This site used to be reputable until Intuit ruined it. Need a predatory loan, this is where you'll find one. The advertised interest rates are click bate. Actual interest rates end up being double.

This is by far one is the worst banking apps. I would go back to Chime and Sofi before I ever used this Institution again.
•Only virtual customer support ( because they know their customer service is trash)
•A week for any mobile check deposit to clear( speed and access are the points of mobile deposits)
•1pt everyday on your credit..... the fuqq?

Do not believe anything it says its all lie . Says great approval or they pay you $50 a big fat lie. This company does nothing but lie to the people and false advertise.

I have zero balance used of credit, and they are showing 5% used of my credit so un accurate in suggesting for me to refinance and mortgage that I have with a higher interest rate with a joke

I only have 1 credit card and they keep listing it twice and say I have 2. It doubles my balance and knocks my score down by Equifax. This is false information. I have asked twice now to correct it.

They mislead us on a home refinancing deal and took upfront money to lock in a rate but didnt do anything they were supposed to do then lied and stopped responded back. I wish I could give them a no star

I have had an account with credit Karma for sometime and viewed the company as an asset in keeping track of my credit scores/etc. 
Recently, I perused the app, just checking out loan options. The next day I began to get multiple emails from loan companies that I did not contact. Although none of this resulted in any change to my credit score credit karma had no right to use my information without my consent. As a result, I canceled my account and deleted the app, and intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Be wary… of this type of aggressive marketing for profit



I have never had worse customer service in my entire life. I closed my account and requested a paper check. I have been waiting weeks for this check and still nothing. I called to see what the issue was. I’m so stressed out you can hear it in my voice, and I literally got laughed at over the phone by these people. I’ve had it. This is absolutely disgusting.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Intuit Credit Karma. Their customer service feels completely automated, and there seems to be no realistic way to speak with a real person to resolve issues.

They use a third party identity verification system called Mitek, which was very poorly designed in my experience. When taking photos of identification documents, there is no proper preview or clear opportunity to retake the photo before submission. Even after the verification appeared to pass successfully, I was repeatedly told there was still a problem on their side without any meaningful explanation.

The whole process involved constant back and forth, generic responses, and no clear resolution. It wasted a significant amount of my time and caused unnecessary stress.

I genuinely wish I had checked the reviews before starting the registration process. Looking through the negative reviews now, it is also concerning to see almost no responses from the company to customers experiencing similar issues.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend being cautious before using this service.

this company is a scam and dont try to get any personel loans through them . They say guarenteed approval and it is not and dont follow what they say to build credit it is crap, do it yourself . You will take a hit on your credit for nothing

I tried for 20 minutes to log on to my account. I kept asking for a security code to be sent to my phone. Nothing happened. After another useless AI chat, I was transferred to an agent. He was unable to help me. I cancelled my account. There are other credit monitoring companies out there.

Credit karma is a complete sham! They sent notification of all these offers for credit to refinance debt, and I was supposedly approved at a 12.74% interest rate on a very small loan. The lender contacted me and advised that the interest rate is double the amount that credit karma advertised. Now I have wasted a hard inquiry on my credit because of their deceit. They are complete frauds and don’t believe anything that you read from them!!!!! I have now deleted their app and will be removing my account

Not a good company to put trust in. If I received a damaged product from a retail store, it can be exchanged, refunded or nothing if its not within the refund rules which are usually clear. Right?
With Credit KARMA they have all your personal information and say you have excellent odds of approval or you get $50. From who? Fraudulent advertising. I applied for a personal loan and all it did was ding my credit score. Months ago I applied for a credit card, again,, excellent odds for approval and no apr for 15 months on transfers, I got the approval for $1000, that will not help with $4500 debt, who wants to pay a 5%service fee to transfer 1/4 of your debt. I just recovered from that hard inquiry. Do not Trust this Company's advice. Especially, if you are trying to build your credit score. My fault for believing in them twice, NEVER AGAIN.

Credit karma deserves absolutely no star. They shouldn’t even be in business. What a bunch of scammers and crooks. I get locked out of my account and I’ve been doing this for almost a week. They have no one 800 number they have so-called agents online. They want you to talk to while uploading your personal document online not even knowing who you’re sending your documents to. I upload my documents four times and each time they said that it was rejected, but on my end, it showed successful. Please don’t waste your time with these scammers

Guess it is a sign. Don’t put your hard earned money into this company.

They are okay with credit scores. They know little about handling money for people.

They are not for consumers but credit card companies loan companies with extremely high interest rates they are quick to destroy yr credit by sharing info from these companies
