Fantastic service provided to recover our vehicle and trailer from the middle of a field in Warwickshire and to take us all the way home in Lancashire. The driver was very friendly and treated my 86 year old father with kindness and respect. He was a credit to the company

Firstly I need to say that I am not a customer of Crouch Recovery but I encountered them having broken down on the A34 in Oxfordshire. Stranded at lights on a busy interchange. Cars driving round me Peter from Crouch Recovery stopped to help me. He stopped all the traffic and pushed me off the roundabout to a safe place. No money changed hands. Just a good man helping when he was needed. Thanks Peter!

I mailed for a quote one day and got an immediate reply

the next day when I wanted my car moved I called in, made a payment into their bank, and they were here within the hour
no fuss, it just all worked

A simple walk with my dogs turned into an epic disaster yesterday when I lost my car keys and didn’t have a spare.
I had to abandon my car in a nature reserve car park with height restrictions. Crouch Recovery worked tirelessly to recover my car with a special robot and the car was finally recovered at 2am in the morning whilst I was fast asleep. A special thanks to all the team at Crouch Recovery who kept me up to date with everything. My car was then taken to their compound where it was safe for the rest of the night. Today my car will be delivered back to me at my home address.
The team at Crouch Recovery were excellent and I can’t thank them enough for their wonderful service.

We recently had a recovery carried out by Crouch Recovery, and I wanted to take the time to give some well-deserved recognition to the driver, Tony.

Tony was extremely helpful, professional and courteous throughout the whole job. Even when things didn’t go to plan and problems arose during the recovery, he remained calm, patient and determined to get everything resolved.

His attitude and professionalism were excellent, and it was clear that he takes real pride in his work and in providing a good service. He was a real credit to Crouch Recovery and represented the company extremely well.

A big thank you to Tony for all his help. We would be more than happy to have him attend any future recoveries for us.

I would just like to say a big thanks to Hannah at Crouch Recovery, as a Collision Repair Centre we normally face issues trying to get vehicles out of storage, but not today. Hannah was so helpful and went above and beyond to help resolve the couple of issues we had on getting the vehicle released. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the Tow truck driver that attended my scout troop after we broke down last Monday night on the A14 on the way home from a 10 day camp.
The driver was amazing he was with us via the AA within 40mins got the mini bus on the back of his tow truck in minutes.Interacted with the scouts and leaders told us what would happen.
Kept us safe by lighting up the lay by etc.
Stayed with us the whole of the time while we waited for the taxis to take us home he even contacted the AA and the taxi company on our behalf as the taxi company took for ever.
He turned what could have been a bad end to a really good holiday into another adventure for our scouts.
I can't thank him enough but I am really sorry I can't remember his name but your company should be very aware of what you did for us all.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Rich (Richard), who came out to assist me yesterday (25/07/2026) after I suffered a slow puncture.

When I reported the issue through Green Flag, the app estimated that the driver would arrive at around 8:20pm. To my surprise, Rich arrived much earlier at 7:28pm. What fantastic service!

From the moment he arrived, Rich was friendly, professional and kept me informed every step of the way. He immediately put me at ease and made what could have been a stressful situation a really positive experience. He's a credit to your company—and a true Yorkshireman!

Rich safely recovered my car to my home and even took the time to make sure it was parked perfectly before he left. It's those little details that really show how much pride he takes in his work.

I mentioned to him at the time that I wanted to let Crouch Recovery know what an outstanding employee he is. People like Rich are genuinely rare to come across, and I hope his hard work and professionalism are recognised. After the trauma of my vintage Landrover being torched, my insurance company arranged for Crouch recovery to remove the vehicle. Within 2 hours, Tom turned up and despite narrow roads, tight corners and a one way system, loaded up the vehicle quickly and professionally.
Good comms and a good experience, despite the sadness of losing the dear old Landy.

Got us bca wagin towed to corby by the luvly aron so professional at his work and such a clean shiny comfy truck he had, a credit to the couch team aron is.

Crouch recovery damaged my parked vehicle, drove off without leaving details, after being found out, recovered my vehicle & proceeded repair when I told them I would like my insurance company to manage the repair. Several issues with repair including air con not working, poor paint work, badge not fitted properly & damaged headlight bracket glued to hold on. After saying they would fix issues, they did nothing for 3 months.

After a complete nightmare from the RAC kept me waiting for 7 hours !!! A phone call to a lovely lady at Crouch Recovery advised that due to another major incident that my recovery vehicle would be 60_90 mins but 30 mins later he arrived! Loaded me up and delivered me safe and sound to my home 👍👍 couldn't fault anything at all 5⭐️

I was broken down with a blown turbo the crouch driver turned up very quickly and I I have to say after 25 years driving a truck iv never seen anybody take so much pride in there work as there driver did was recovered quickly and safely highly recommend this firm to anybody

we have had a few breakdown in our company and i cant thank crouch recovery for there quick response everytime even being able to go get parts and fix so i have a working van back on the road thanks to all the lads :)
