Rates are very competitive and have so many currencies on hand. I highly recommend Crown to all of my friends for their foreign currencies.

Transparent open and up to date communication from customer service. Nothing was too much trouble.

The Castle Towers Sydney Branch has very good Customer Service. LA really looks after you and lots of helpful travel advice for currency shared. A good exchange rate on your return.

Very professional and polite. The person who served me actually had a conversation with me unlike other experiences I have had with currency exchanges. And the rates were really good as well.

Don’t use them if you want a fair exchange rate!!! Exchanged AU$1100 today and got 600 Euros for it. If I would have done my research I could’ve got around 650 Euros for that amount nearly everywhere else!!!

So upset as I exchanged $1200 AUD for 16,080,000 Vietnamese currency at Crown Currency Exchange, Harbour Town. Just looked and if you order online from Travel Money Oz in Helensvale (only 10 mins down the road from Harbour town), you get 19,873,504.56 Vietnamese currency for $1200 AUD. That’s a difference that equates to $201.82 AUD which is a huge difference. Really wished someone had told me that not to use Crown Currency Exchange. I am so upset as I saved for my trip and could have got a lot more for my money elsewhere. I thought all currency exchange stores offered the same / similar exchange rates but I was so wrong.

Exchanged money yesterday afternoon, stupidly didn't do my research. Essentially received half of what I should have received. Should have waited for an atm in country. DO NOT USE crown currency. I went to pacific fair.

12@% spread for GBP at Toowong.
Closer to 4% at prosegur at the airport.

Extremely bad exchange rates.
Would not match competitors rate, just came up with excuses.

Very poor rates: Mexican peso at 8.3 MXN to the AUD. Even the banks offer better rates of around 10.8 MXN to AUD. Don't waste your time or money - order online early from other exchange dealers to get the best rate.

I couldn’t believe until I got home when I did exchange rates on line, I paid $297 for 1,200 Norwegian krona, Crown currency exchange rate was 4.03 but online current exchange rate I should have got 2,021 krona for $300 PayPal exchange rate this morning for my hotel booking was 6.3583
According to on line conversions, 1,200 krona should have cost me $178, so the “no fee, no commission” claim doesn’t ring true, it cost me $120 for something !!

My experience with this exchange in car and fiddle mall was not good
I exchanged 200 Canadian to AUD
What I got in return was 176
Usually for 100 CDN you get 125 AUD
I was told that no way u can cancel the transaction that it is in the receipt
Was not given all information
