I ordered some gifts from this company, they were delivered on time and everyone was so pleased with the quality. Mostly glassware. Five stars well worth it

I recently purchased a beautiful bed with a headboard, the quality is amazing and the staff are so friendly,I was able to customise to the colour I wanted to match my other accessories.

Crown French Furniture have supplied me with many items of furniture from beds, wardrobes, dining tables, chairs and dressers. The service is amazing and it goes without saying the furniture is beautiful and such good quality. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Disgraceful. Ordered a bed was told end of june for delivery, chased them up they dont phone you back. Then when you do speak to someone they are obnoxious, terrible communication / customer service

Garden furniture arrived today (27th June) which I am absolutely delighted with. Ordered it in March, although it took a while to arrive the correspondence and communication throughout was excellent. 2 lads put the rattan furniture together and took away all the rubbish which I wasn't expecting. Excellent customer service and would definitely use them again!

Absolutely delighted with furniture… we dealt with Tamar and he went above and beyond to get what we wanted… he is an asset to the company and would definitely go through him again when next ordering… a brilliant company and lovely staff.

I ordered some wine glasses but unfortunately 2 out of the 6 arrived broken. After contacting customer services via email, Kyle very kindly sent us 6 new glasses very promptly. Very happy with glasses and service.

Had my new sideboard delivered on Monday ,it is fabulous . Everything that I thought would go in does and it looks really good in its setting . I can thoroughly recommend this company for quality and price .

I came to this company with a very niche question regarding a screw for a certain bed. Like trying to find a needle in a haystack! But the customer service team were beyond helpful! There customer care is faultless, they helped me through it all. There technician only asked for some pictures of my bed and his knowledge knew the exact screw that I needed. I was shocked! They would bend over backwards to help you, like they did with me. I can not criticise any of there customer care skills or not being helpful. A truly wonderful company and an amazing set of people. 100% I would recommend these for any furniture needs.

Crown French has been amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly kind and helpful when i ordered my bed frame over the phone. The bed arrived on time and assembled by two professional and friendly men. They called me in the morning to say they were coming in the afternoon. They were on time and very polite.
The bed frame is beautiful and the two men took all the wrapping and cardboard that came with it (they also took my new mattress plastic wrapping which was massive!).
I would definitely buy again from Crown French as my experience has been fantastic!

I really hoped I would not need to write this but I’m so frustrated, having waited so long for new bedroom furniture, and getting no satisfaction. I ordered two bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers in Sept 2021, and was told it would take three months which is fine considering the global pandemic.

On Dec 2021, I received one chest of drawers, and only one beside table despite ordering two. The top of the bedside cabinet received was also badly scratched and chipped on top. I sent photos, and after much deliberation they decided to send a new one to replace it.

It’s now April 2022 and today I did receive the second bedside cabinet ordered in Sept, and still no replacement for the damaged one, despite numerous phone calls and emails.

I have been more than patient with this company and have never even received so much as a refund on my £75 delivery costs, considering they were paid over £1200 in full, in December.

There are lots of other pieces of furniture I would love to purchase from this company, but after the poor service, I will not be using them again.
