Was delivered today.

Can not fault this company.Was kept informed all the way to it being delivered.

Delivery drivers were both helpful,and had smiles on their faces.

Stumbled across this company online, visited their showroom before ordering. From first speaking with the team to taking delivary all staff were so lovely and helpful, they really couldn't do more for you, they even built my bed for me. Wouldn't hesitate to order with you again in future. Thank you so much!!

This is my first encounter with Crown French Furniture. I purchased a chair and had French furniture of my own sprayed in the same colour. The service received was amazing and the turn around time was very quick. They are now my number 1 choice for all of my future furniture purchases and would be happy to recommend them. Thank You !

I purchased a bed from this shop and was really disappointed with the quality of the build. The bed slats wouldn’t even fit in the gaps and the bed was slanted and wonky when put up. All of the bolt plates on the side rails are misaligned and so I had to hammer the rails in to place. I literally had to saw the slats into correct size in order for them to fit. Because of this poor quality the mattress wouldn’t fit in the bed frame so sits on top of the frame. The central slat was almost 100mm too long so had to be sawn to fit as well, I could’ve made the bed better myself! The bed frequently creaks as it’s of poor quality and there is even friction on some joins that cause sawdust to build up under the bed where it is rubbing together! I contacted the company and was told that this was normal, what a joke! They told me that it was expected that there would need to be ‘tweaks’ made to the bed. What a poor excuse for creating an awful product! I was given back the delivery fee but when you’ve paid nearly £1,000 for a bed and it’s of horrific quality, a £50 refund is an insult! Horrendous customer service and horrendous quality product. I’m going through my credit card provider to reclaim the money from Crown French Furniture. Would never recommend. A company masquerading themselves as a luxury goods supplier, when really all they sell is cheap and poorly made items at a premium price, scammers if you ask me.

Absolutely stunning furniture,
Just received our furniture today, 04/02/22.
The furniture is very well made and looks fantastic in our bedroom. We went for the rococo range, and looks fantastic.
The service we have received from ordering to being updated when delivery was expected etc was A+. The delivery guys where superb, very very helpful and done a great job, thanks guys. We would highly recommend using this company.

Wow, this company have been so impressive. To start they always answer the phone and are happy to transfer you to the person you may have previously spoken with. They allowed me to pre order a bookcase that had sold out and the truly impressive part was it arrived when they predicted and delivered swiftly.
Team assembled it for me and were cheerful and helpful. Super to find such great service.

After a delay in receiving our Charlotte Weathered Bed it was delivered yesterday and it is stunning! We are so pleased with it!

I ordered a lamp as a gift but was worried I wouldn’t get it in time for Xmas. Bea at Crown French was so helpful and made sure I got it within a week. The lamp is beautiful and I’m very happy with the service.

Crown french furniture is excellent their service is outstanding nice collection prompt replies and update about delivery and product dispatch and they solved my payment issues and guided me through and sent out fabric samples promptly which is quite professional and excellent approach and excellent customer services provided delivery was prompt and very helpful and lovely people to deal will and I will be buying furniture from them soon. The website gives a perfectly accurate description of the furniture. I absolutely love my French bed! I have always dreamed of having a beautiful bed like this and finally treated myself. Best decision! Customer service is impeccable. Very responsive. So happy!

Beautiful furniture! worth the wait. Lovely team - I had to deal with them remotely but they were amazing in accommodating all my needs.

I purchased a bed from this company a few years ago and decided to have it painted a different colour. The process was easy and I was kept well informed through out from collection to re-delivery. The delivery lads were great, being both courteous and respectful of my property. I won't hesitate to use this company again.

I have not received my bed yet. I ordered this middle of July and was told that it will be ready by end of September, latest first week October. At first, I wanted to customise my wood colour and upholstery and the person on the phone was so rude, almost as if I was asking for so much (I am the one paying, hello?). I had to call back later because the service was so poor. Then I called again but thankfully a nice lady talked me through the process. So I ordered. I must say, it is not a cheap purchase. End of September/Oct comes, no update from the store. I called and emailed twice on a weekly basis, chasing for my delivery, only to be told that the bed has still not arrived in the UK and that once it did, the upholstery is yet to be done. It is now 27th Oct, no sign of my bed. They did not take any initiative during this time to let me know about the delays themselves and that is a real problem. Most companies at least take the initiative to say ‘we apologies but there has been a delay for so and so reason’. Zero responsibility. To book the delivery, they sent me 2 emails with 2 dates which I had to confirm. I confirmed the earlier one and they said, sorry, you can’t have that one, so gave me an even later date, around middle of November, even after I insisted that they deliver the bed as soon as possible. I had guests over end of Oct and more coming November. They will come and go and sleep on the floor. Crown Furniture has ruined my stay over and all my plans. I could have bought the bed from somewhere else had I known their service was this poor. Knowing them, they would not compensate me. So it’s taking nearly half the year for a bed. You would be better off cutting down a tree yourself and making your own bed. Not worth being treated like this. Definitely not worth the money.

I am so pleased with the bedside tables, I had to wait a couple of months for them as they were out of stock and waiting for a delivery, but it was worth the wait. Their customer service was fantastic, kept me informed about my items. Would recommend this company, great quality items and great staff.

Brilliant advice at outset, stunning piece of handmade furniture to match our existing stuff, quality is exceptional and all the team were brilliant to deal with, from initial email enquiry, in-store visit to the delivery team these guys have been fantastic- well done and thank you

I ordered an Antoinette Sleigh Triple Wardrobe back in February and although it has took 7.5 months to arrive, due to lengthy problems with getting shipping containers loaded from Indonesia to the UK, I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the product. More surprising was the professionalism of the delivery men, they arrived within the allocated time. Apologised for being late although they weren’t and we’re not phased by the difficulty of getting a large van into our drive. We paid £40 for them to assemble the wardrobe which was a blessing. The wardrobe was in their van fully assembled, but they had to take it all apart to get around a bend in our stairs. They did this so carefully and really took their time to ensure each piece of wood was not scratched or damaged. They then re-assembled the wardrobe in our bedroom very carefully to ensure there was no damage and all three doors are hung correctly and shut flush. There attention to detail was refreshing. We ordered a smaller wardrobe from a well known furnisher, who advertise all the time on the TV and although we paid for in room delivery, they refused to take it apart to get into the room and they only needed to take the doors off, which my husband did and got it up the stairs on his own. I can’t thank these delivery men enough and it was really great to see they had pride in their work.
