CROWNHILL GARDEN FURNITURE Avis 

From the moment I contacted Crownhill Garden Furniture they were brilliant. I liaised with Kim to ensure I could have my furniture delivered by 21st August and awaited a call to have my delivery arranged. As promised I was contacted and arranged delivery for 20th August - very pleasant gentleman called Lee rang to sort this out - making sure of accessibility for the furniture to be put straight into the garden. Right on time John and Dave arrived - unpacked and set up the garden furniture and made sure we were happy with everything. Both were friendly, cheerful and got on with the delivery. Highly recommend this company - great price and fantastic service from beginning to end.

John & Bray delivered my garden furniture yesterday and were nothing but polite, friendly and professional! Wonderful company to deal with from start to finish, giving a personable service which made me feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend and will be using again!

This company have been fantastic from start to finish. The customer service and customer care is wonderful. Kim and Lee kept me informed about the pergola i purchased by phone and email. Passage of information was excellent. When it came to having the pergola fitted by the construction team I was even more impressed. They were polite, easy going and very good at thier job. It was a seamless installation and Mark gave me loads of advice on how to maintain the pergola. All I can do is say Thank you for everything. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

EDIT: After seeing my review some chap called Lee has been emailing me, attempting to intimidate me into taking my review down. Terrible company.

I was left unimpressed with the very disrespectful behaviour from the older gentleman on the Crownhill delivery team.

I was greeted with a rude "we have been ringing you" at my door - no hello. Then dirty shoes were worn throughout my house despite my polite"shoes off" sign on my porch. My potted garden plants were were knocked over by him, and not picked up.

All of this disrespect was then topped off by an unnecessary comment that "they need to hurry so they don't get a ticket".

All in all the gentleman in question disturbed our peace and went out of his way to be a nuisance.

We ordered a pergola this year. It was slightly more expensive than other companies but really well worth it. It is so well built and to have the side panels as an added extra has been brilliant too for those really hot days. They really do block a good amount of heat and sun. The build team was Radek & Max and then we ordered something else and the build team were Radek & Kacper. They were great. Worked quickly, efficiently and expertly. When ordering initially I contacted Crownhill and found out that it was a family firm. They can be very proud of themselves as they work hard and long hours to ensure the customer is looked after. Well done and thank you.

Fantastic service with clear communication from order to delivery of a Saturn Pergola. It was installed by Radek and Kacper, who we helpful, polite and professional.

We are absolutely delighted with our new modern lookung pergola. The quality is outstanding, but what really made the experience seamless was the installation team, Radek and Kacper.
They did an incredible job from start to finish—working efficiently, keeping us updated, and showing great attention to detail. Once the setup was complete, they explained how it worked, thoroughly tidied up the entire area and took away all the packaging, leaving the garden as they found it.
Top-notch service and a fantastic team. Highly recommended!

Wonderful service from this company, from the sales team, to the manager (who rang me to arrange delivery) to Greg and Jack who arrived on time to install the pergola after a very long drive! They cracked on and were super friendly, professional. Installation was quick but very thorough. I was really impressed.

I had a new pergola fitted by Radek and Kacper who were friendly and professional.they even offered to move my furniture back to where it should be. When I first ordered the pergola I measured the area wrong and the pergola did not fit. Lee and Kim who are the proprietors went above and beyond to help me sort my mistake out. I wish this family business all the best in the future and would highly recommend them.

We ordered a Pergola from these guys to sit over our outside patio sofa - was so pleased with it, we ordered another for our outside patio table! Right from the easy ordering, to the customer service and updates on delivery, to the actual delivery and erection of the pergolas', it was a dream. The fitter (Radek) and his helper, were friendly yet professional and super quick, but still took the time to check everything and also clear the site of packaging etc. A pleasure to deal with the company, so much that we have recommended them to friends, who will also be purchasing a pergola next year.

A great company to deal with the order process was very easy everything was explained to us
As we live in Scotland we were told it would be approximately 4 weeks we got in 5 weeks
Also they wavered the delivery fee if we took there building and bolt down which we were happy to do
We got a delivery and fitting date
Greg and Jake who were the fitters were brilliant and worked hard installing pergola
The pergola is of a great standard really happy

Lee and Kim were amazing. I bought a Pergola from them and they were so helpful as I had no idea . They advised me and I trusted them. Their gutters were also brilliant, professional and competent.

We purchased a Saturn 4m x 2.5m wood effect pergola from Crownhill and couldn’t be happier. We got to speak to someone on the phone to confirm order details and they were very knowledgeable on the subject. I initially planned to install it myself but speaking to Crownhill and reading other reviews on how good the installation teams are, I decided against it. Best decision I’ve made in a long time. The two lads (Greg and Jack) worked like trojans to install it. They discussed a couple of dilemmas to over come showing me the options and went with my decisions. Delivery was within their predicted timescale, price was best I could find overall service couldn’t be bettered. Thank you!!

We bought a Nova Carolina 8 seat dining set and are so pleased with it. Kim, Lee and the delivery guys were all brilliant and we would recommend these guys to anyone.

We ordered our second pergola which they arranged to have built for us absolutely brilliant service could not be happier also ordered 8 seater table and chairs which they built for us and put in place.
