New business office network setup
Our experience with Crystal Clear Telecom has been first class. We are extremely grateful for all the hard work that has been put in to help us reach our goal of moving our office and users in just over 3 weeks, to a site with no internet connectivity or local network. Tony made the initial process of designing and ordering the ISP and LAN equipment simple and nothing was too much trouble. Tony remained in close contact with us all the time to help us stay informed and provided regular updates on how orders were progressing. Tony managed to keep costs competitive and made sure we had the right options for our use case. At no point were we pressured for decisions or pushed in a direction we were not happy with.
The technical aspect of the work was expertly managed by Mike, who has worked directly with suppliers to ensure our internet connection was enabled in time. Mike setup the whole local network, configured multiple means of connectivity, assisted with testing and provided all the support we needed to make sure our business users were able to work as normal on go-live. We've had no problems at all and no users complaining about anything, so it doesn't get much better than that really. We can't thank Mike enough for his diligence to ensure we were able to meet our deadline and be always available to assist with any aspect of this project.
We are very happy with everything, so just a big thank you really!

CCT thumbs up
We had a few teething problems to start with as my building is an old building and the broadband line was not really good enough which wasn’t really CCT fault, however once we swapped to fibre it has been plane sailing. The staff at CCT are all very friendly and helpful. Whenever I have a problem or query they sort it out as quickly as possible and they are local which is great so if an engineer is needed I don’t have to wait a long time. They always seem happy to help even when I ask silly questions as I’m not very technical minded. Overall they’re reasonably priced and tick all the boxes for my business.

Great service and superb customer support.
I had a relationship with a telecoms company for over 20 years until they were bought by a much larger company and the service nose dived as my regular contacts started to leave or were made redundant. I tried various other companies to try and get that personal service back and then I found Crystal Clear Telecom just over a year ago.
From Scott our sales contact to Abie in admin and Mike and Graham in technical support they are absolutly fantastic to deal with. All of them are always ready to go above and beyond to solve problems and make sure your customer experiance is 1st rate.
Even the MD gets involved if need be. They are a joy to deal with and I wouldn't hestate to recommend them. In fact, I do recommend them on a regular basis to all my clients.

Smooth Transition and Great Value and Service
Scott and the team took time to understand our needs, recognise the frustrations with previous providers and detailed all the oncosts transparently. He answered all our questions and the transition to the new system and dedicated line was smooth. We feel we have got good value without compromising service. Scott is very knowledgeable and experienced. His non-salesy approach was a welcome change. We had spoken a couple of times and he allowed us time to make sure it met with our needs and was the right decision for us. It is also handy having a local company who can react quickly if required and they are always on hand to help.
