The thing that makes them stand out is their customer care its outstanding. Tony "has a nothing is to much trouble" attitude this is so refreshing to hear.
Mike in technical support is amazing, if we have a problem a quick call and he either does it remotely or comes out quickly.

The new fibre connection was delivered extremely quickly (and is fantastic), the transition was seamless, and the on-site engineer who came to install and configure the new router to match the existing network knew what he was doing, and was great to work with. Top service all round.
