I ordered a bike online but I was able to talk to Dave on the phone beforehand. Straightforward dealing with them and I was able to discuss options to make the most of the special offer at the time

Everything went very well. Follow the instructions and delivery is as expected. E-mail notification with time slot makes receiving the purchase easy.

There was a manufacturing fault with the first saddle that I received, but a quick photo to Dave to confirm, and a replacement was sent straight out after easter. The real measure of a company is how they react when things go wrong and in this instance Cyclesense measured up. Perfect!

Excellent product and service second to none. Item was received in three working days which was amazing as it was Christmas week!

Good communication from them. Part I ordered wasn't in stock and they contacted me immediately I had placed the order to let me know when it would arrive, which it did, exactly as promised. Very good.

The bulb did however arrive promptly. ........

Amendment to my first review. Within minutes of posting my initial review Cyclesense contacted me directly to apologise and they then sent the correct bulb which arrived two days later. In light of the their swift remedy I feel their service was very good and have upgraded my review from 2 stars to 4.

Bought a Kinetic Turbo over 5 years ago. Its been great but unfortunately a manufacturing fault came to light. However I noticed it had a lifetime guarantee. I rang cyclesense, fearing that the small print would mean that the guarantee would be now out of date. But no, bring it in and we will sort it. 5 days later, the turbo is replaced. What can I say? Absolutely no complaints. A big thank you to both Kinetic and cyclesense for sorting with no arguments and so very quickly - just when I need the turbo.

Aside from the bike being brilliant, the advice and help I received from the cyclesense team was fantastic. Good comms and really well organised. Highly recommended.

The price of the product was competitive, the customer service punctual, as well as the delivery. This shop is a good example for others.
