Good comms and a painless process overall

fairly straight forward, could use a tiny bit of refinement but overall quick and i have a new bike and gear within 2/3 weeks!

Very impressed and happy with the service from Cycle Solutions. I had various queries before ordering, such as compatibility with a child seat, which they were quick to answer. The phone system to confirm the order and delivery was fast and efficient, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to find a local bike shop which had any women's bikes in stock to try out, so I was happy when the bike arrived and was a good fit. Furthermore, the local bike shop estimated it would take weeks or even months for the bikes to arrive, whereas it was just a week with Cycle Solutions. The agreement with my workplace seemed seamless and without issue, and the delivery/packaging also worked well. All in all it seems like a very well run company with great staff. Great service from cycle solutions team through buying stage where I had some questions. Bike built and ready to ride on delivery and tyres sorted already for tubeless . Can’t fault them

Bikes are ok, just got my 3rd bike on cycle to work scheme and every time gears are not set properly. This one is the worse, it has got only rear derailleur but on checklist they also ticked that front gears were checked? Likely not checked… But… I received 3 sets of pedals and 2 sets of bike tools for some reason so compensated before fault discovered 😉

Really friendly staff and even gave a courtesy phone call to check measurements were correct rather than buy the wrong size frame. Bike came exactly as stated and was easy to put the final touches to it (handlebars and pedals) with the tools supplied. Fantastic Service.

The only constructive feedback I can give, which is out of their control, was that the Courier, Fed Ex, spoiled the experience due to date and time of delivery.
