The process was carefully explained, straightforward and quickly completed.

Used for a cycle to work purchase and, combined with the efforts of my HR team, Cycle Solutions did their bit it issue a certificate quicker than would be normal to allow me to secure a model at an independent cycle that was almost out of stock.

Ordered a bike through Cycle to Work scheme and the day it was approved by my employer Cycle Solutions contacted me to arrange a delivery. To my surprise they even set it up before sending. Arrived when they said it would, tracking provided when they said it would. So far, so good. Would definitely recommend.

Helmet is excellent- great price

The bicycle reached our place in good condition and functioning well!

after placing my order, a member of thier team called to confirm my selection and in the call advised i had selected the wrong kickstand so i happily asked for it to be changed to the correct one which would fit my bike.
my order was subsequently delivered with a kickstand which did not fit. i still can't understand why.

i, of course, immediately contacted cycle solutions to report this and they promised to send the correct kickstand.
i have now been waiting nearly two weeks with no confirmation of when the kickstand will actually be delivered. this is really dissapointing.

Arrived with multiple area's of damage, some cosmetic, some slightly worse and beyond the paint caused by movement during transit. If anything it probably would have been better for it not to have been fully built by their technicians. They offered £100 cycle solutions voucher as an apology which then increased to £150. When i said the voucher was unacceptable for the price paid for the bike and cost to fix some of the issues, expecting it to come new, they reluctantly offered £100 to my bank. Given that the bike in general was in a good condition and I have waited around a month due to not having some of the accessories in the warehouse, I was reluctant to wait another month. For a cycle to work scheme and not being able to contact anyone outside of cycle solutions, it does worry me should something now go wrong and they choose not to honour any repairs.

Edit: 5 days since I sent the last email to them asking for assistance with the rear rack and still no response.

Edit: Cycle Solutions respond to this review (3rd July) yet i'm still waiting on an email reply. At this point i'm not interested anymore!

Good service. Not Cycling Solutions fault the new helmet catches more flies!

Cycle Solutions were top level.

I used the cycle to work scheme and they were supportive and attentive through out the whole process, which by the way was so simple even I managed it. Their selection of cycles both pedal and electric is substantial, id be surprised if they did not have what you were looking for. They probably have a few things you didn't know you were looking for!

I will most certainly be purchasing my next cycle from them.
