Fedex accepted contract to deliver next day. They didnt.
Tracking did not work. It was sat in Newcastle for days.
Then MH carriers said they did not receive it, fed ex lost it.
My husband chased down and spoke to managers of both companies.
I had to stay in loose 3 days work waiting to accept delivery. In the end I had to pay ferry costs, head out to Glasgow pick up the bike myself and head back home!
Excuses that we were not main land , Bellshill, road connecting is to Glasgow, ferry as short cut. Fed ex knew this and still said next day delivery!

The bicycle repair service was excellent. Everything was handled very quickly and efficiently. They arranged the collection, repaired the bike, and delivered it back to me, all completely free of charge. They even fitted a new chain and included a few bicycle tools. I am extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend it.

Once I submitted my order, ( I got a E-Tricycle from Jorvik.) the process was so quick & easy.

the staff i spoke to were really helpful, they helped me choose the right size and made sure i had everything i needed, the delivery was scheduled and arrived on the day it said it would, all round a brilliant experience.
