First Class, CS phoned to arrange suitable delivery and also clarified part of my order which I had incorrectly selected an item, this was cleared up and prevented me having to return any items. Really happy with the service and of course my Bike !

The bike and my other items all came well packed and ready to get me riding. All I had to do was turn the handlebars and put my pedals on

This company can't improve because no one knows what they are doing. Staff could not work out simple finanical tasks, they said I have to work it out myself, and send in a an invoice. After sending in the invoice they told me I would have to wait 30 days for payment. The customer was not happy with that and it was changed to seven days. After seven days payment still not arrived. Took another six working days before money arrived, and when it did the wrong amount was paid. I had to phone in and explain this. I got through to the accountant who refused to explain to me how the commission was worked out, but would send the balance which was missing from my invoice. I found them to be the worst cycle scheme company I deal with. I will not be working with this company again.

It was simple and everything arrived on time.

It was extremely easy to order and the choice was good to begin with. When it came time to submit the order, it all went well and then the rest of the process from online order to delivery was smooth as silk. Would happily recommend this service to others and keep trying to recruit colleagues to purchase if they are thinking on a bike.. Answer? Just Buy It!!!

Cycle Solutions Bicycle Workshop :The best place to get your bike fixed. If Paul hasn’t got it he’ll get or make it. My bike wheel, a non standard size, was a bit buckled, probably because a spoke was missing, he made a new one in less than 30’. What Paul doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing. I would never go anywhere else. Great service as well as expertise.

Fedex accepted contract to deliver next day. They didnt.
Tracking did not work. It was sat in Newcastle for days.
Then MH carriers said they did not receive it, fed ex lost it.
My husband chased down and spoke to managers of both companies.
I had to stay in loose 3 days work waiting to accept delivery. In the end I had to pay ferry costs, head out to Glasgow pick up the bike myself and head back home!
Excuses that we were not main land , Bellshill, road connecting is to Glasgow, ferry as short cut. Fed ex knew this and still said next day delivery!
