Bike came with a small scratch on the top tube.

bike arrived a day late. it was delivered to the door, rung door bell and walked away. leaving a very expensive bike alone. when it was opened the bike was damaged.

From moment the received the order I got a call confirming my details, explain when shipping and delivery date. It was quick and accurate for delivery and the item superbly packaged

I cannot fault the pre-sale and delivery service. That was amazing from start to finish. However, when I received the cycle, it did not have the correct tools (it needed a star Allen key) to complete the set up. Secondly, despite being bought via a UK government dept, from a supplier in Wales, to delivery in Scotland, the charger did NOT come with a UK plug on the charging lead. I have since bought a set of Allen keys and a new charging lead from Amazon, and the bike itself is amazing. Absolutely ZERO problems or complaints otherwise
