experience from start to finish
experience from start to finish, was easy, lots of clear communication throughout the order. the information after delivery on how to connect parts, very easy to understand. i was able to change my delivery day that suited me, when delivered the delivery man helped bring the item inside the house. after care emails have been received with information regarding security and insurance for items.

Got there in the end, but it isn't the best.
I didn't find the selection of bikes available adequate. This meant that I need to buy though a partner for which the process isn't as easy as it could be. Rating 3*, then discount a star for the manner in which the review request came in. Holding 5*s in the subject line feels like there's an expectation to score the service more highly than it deserves, which could mislead other users. I find this poor.

With regards to the bike selection, I am sorry that you weren't able to find the bike that you wanted on our store, we do keep a regular stock of 1000's of bikes from a huge range of brands so it is disappointing that you could not find a suitable bike and will also make a point of sharing this information to see if this can be improved

Absolutely brilliant experience with Cycle Solutions from start to finish. The whole process of ordering my new e-bike was really straightforward and the delivery was much quicker than I expected.
The bike arrived in perfect condition and was ready to go with no problems at all. I’ve been absolutely loving it since it arrived!
Really impressed with the service, communication and speedy delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cycle Solutions to anyone looking for a new bike or e-bike. 🚲🙌

Excellent service allround
