Excellent communication, very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful

Purchased a “used” showroom bike through cycle to work scheme. The advertisement was very honest and open about the small minor defects, I was happy to accept these small defects for the price that the bike was being sold for.
They were great at arranging delivery dates, and bike was delivered on the day arranged. However on opening the box and inspecting the bike, either the bike was wasn’t packaged correctly, or this happened during transit but the chain had come off and caused much more damage to the bike than what I would have accepted if I had known before purchasing. As I need the bike, and I’m not prepared to go through the whole blame game/it was my fault/your fault ….no proof ect ect I’ve decided to not even pursue the issue, but as I have just received an email to leave a review….i thought I would leave it.

Buying and delivery experience all good.
Gears needed indexing more than you'd expect even on a new bike and the front disc had a lot of oil/grease on it so not quite 5*.
Otherwise all good.

Good communication from Cycle Solutions through the entire process, cant fault their service.
Bike was due to be delivered on a Tuesday between 8am and 6pm, took annual leave (of which I am limited) and it didn't arrive.
I called cycle solutions to request an address change, as I couldnt take any more time off. They initially said they didnt usually do that, but on speaking with a manager the lady I spoke to put the address change through, very helpful and polite customer service team.

I am not sure why they use FEDEX, they attempted delivery at my address when they had been informed of the change, and i got a rude phone call from the driver. My bike went from trafford to newcastle and then was NOT delivered again.

It finally arrived, a week after it was due and was not treated carefully by FEDEX- battered and bent out of shape- not to the point where it wasn't functional but not good for an expensive item

Once selected the whole process through to completing the order was simple and fast.
The order was followed up with a phone call to arrange delivery, which came a few days later.
The bike was delivered built well packaged with just the pedals to attach and the handlebars to striaghten

Bike was out of stock first time ordering personally rung me and recommened others while kept me updated cannot fault them at all excellent customer service as well

I ordered my bike through the cycle to work scheme. As soon as it was cleared by my employer, Cycle Solutions were in contact to arrange delivery. They were really polite and helpful on the phone and explained what to do when my bike arrived. I didn't feel like they rushed through the call, and that I was 'just another customer '.
