We had dealings with 3 members of staff at cycle superstore ,larissa and two other lads in which i can't remember their names off hand but all 3 were so friendly and helpful and made our purchase enjoyable and stress free,we came all the way from navan and cant see us going anywhere else in the future.

Disappointing customer service
Hello, My wife was collecting my new full sus MTB ebike and was left waiting ages at the counter to be served by (i think) the store manager (a french guy). When she asked if she could be assisted, he's reply was rude and confrontational.
When she was finally assisted by a different member of staff, they were very helpful and everything was fine from then on.
On reflection i would be hard pushed to buy from this store again, after spending over 5K on a bike i would have expected better manners from a store manager especially when dealing with a lady.

Bike2Work Look Road bike
Got sorted with a road bike by Mark who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had bike (Look 785 Road bike) selected test and deposit paid all within 30 minutes and was ready for collection in two days. Overall very please and simple experience with great team, highly recommend.
