Disappointing customer service
Hello, My wife was collecting my new full sus MTB ebike and was left waiting ages at the counter to be served by (i think) the store manager (a french guy). When she asked if she could be assisted, he's reply was rude and confrontational.
When she was finally assisted by a different member of staff, they were very helpful and everything was fine from then on.
On reflection i would be hard pushed to buy from this store again, after spending over 5K on a bike i would have expected better manners from a store manager especially when dealing with a lady.

I’d like to take a moment to recognize Sonia for her outstanding customer service. We initially had a frustrating experience in-store and were on the verge of leaving with a very negative impression, we had an initial visit to buy a bike but after 2 hrs the guy who was showing us bikes was not able to sell anything to us, even fail to recommend some other bikes that were available in your website. However, Sonia stepped in at exactly the right moment and completely turned things around.
She listened carefully to our concerns, addressed each issue with professionalism and genuine care, and made us feel valued as customers. Her approach not only restored our confidence in the store but also demonstrated a high level of product knowledge and dedication.
Thanks to Sonia, what started as a disappointing visit became a positive experience. We ended up purchasing a bike, which speaks volumes about her ability to rebuild trust and deliver excellent service.
