Poor communication from seller.
Contacted seller when item was delivered to my neighbour without my consent. They never got back. Poor customer service.

Mattress is not as advertised it comes…
Mattress is not as advertised it comes vacuum packed & basically resembles a cheap shop purchase wouldn't recommend definitely not a solid comfortable mattress. Delivery & contact were fine.

Fantastic mattresses and experience!
Super fast shipping even after ordering on a Sunday. Both mattress toppers I purchased are fantastic and have made a real difference to my bed.

Great topper for IKEA day bed
The ordering and paying process was clear and easy. There was good communication regarding delivery. It was vacumn packed inside a cardborad box. Once the inner plastic bag was gut open the topper expended to full suze fairly quickly.
The memory foam topper was the odd Euro size favoured by IKEA (80×200) it was exactly what we had expected and fitted our day bed perfectly. It was so comfortable we ordered a second one.
Good transaction and good pricing.
