Fantastic service and product
Really fast delivery and the mattresses are really comfy. I bought 2 for my children's beds as the ones it came with were awful! These are sooo much better. I was skeptical at first but once they arrived I was really impressed.

Good service
The updates were quite delayed, leaving a gap from ordering to getting a notification that the order had been received and despatched but not excessively so. The delivery was slightly slower than I was expecting given that it days you try to deliver within 2 days of ordering, but again not excessively so. The product is of great quality and my son absolutely loves it!

Mattresses are great for the price. Kids are very happy 😁 Arrived quickly and free delivery, which was great, left for a couple of days to expand fully before using.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a mattress expecting timely delivery, but it did not arrive on the scheduled date, causing a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond to my inquiries. I felt completely ignored and left without any clear updates. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic professionalism and reliability, but this experience fell far short. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable service.

Matress came well wrapped, was given tracking so it was on its way, unfortunately the delivery company wasn't that good, but don't let that put you off, it's like sleeping on a cloud

This is a great company with high quality products for a good price.
I'm very happy with the matress I ordered. It's good quality, very comfortable and good value for money.
It arrived promptly within three working days as they promised and the delivery man was kind enough to carry it through my front door for me.
Overall a wonderful experience. I would definitely order from them again.

My mattress is extremely comfortable and exactly 💯 what I'd hoped it would be. Sleeping on it is a dream. It was great value for money too.
The delivery was much longer than expected. This is the only reason it didn't get all 5 stars.
