Return customer, excellent customer service and beautiful barstools

Ordered samples, arrived very quickly & all great quality material. Now which to choose?

We’ve recent bought two bar stools and are really happy with them. I ordered swatches first which arrived in a few days and the ordered the stools. Ordered on a Friday, delivered on the Tuesday within the time slot. Delighted with the stools, just what we have been looking for.

Love Danetti, always great quality and beautiful pieces. Have dining furniture, consoles and recently a beautiful velvet ottoman bed. Instructions for assembly are always very clear and straight forwards to follow, highly recommend.

Mirror is attractive, and delivery etc all very good.I have one observation- described as 10kg in weight, which gave me some assurance re the quality. However, actual weight 6.5kg. Probably overpriced in my opinion.

We got Calenzano Natural Ceramic Dining table and Mocha velvet chairs from Danetti and we absolutely loved it!

Amazing quality furniture and fantastic customer service

Originally didn't dispatch my order as a glitch in their system suggested payment was not complete. I had to get in touch to query where my order was before this was identified. After this however, delivery was prompt and the table I ordered looks great - very solid and good quality

I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would strongly advise others to be cautious.

I ordered a rug but cancelled the order the very next day—both by phone and email—well within a reasonable timeframe. Despite this, more than a week later, they still attempted to deliver the item. I had already made it very clear that I would not accept the delivery, yet they ignored my cancellation entirely.

What’s worse is the ongoing issue with the refund. Every time I contact customer service, I’m told that the refund has been “issued” and will appear in my account within 10 days. This has now been going on for almost three weeks, and I still haven’t received a penny. Each time I follow up, I get the same scripted response—that the refund was just processed and I should wait another 10 days. It’s a constant cycle with no actual resolution.

At this point, it feels like they have no real intention of refunding my money. The lack of coordination, poor communication, and failure to honor a timely cancellation is completely unacceptable.

Overall, a very disappointing and stressful experience. I would not recommend this company based on how they handle cancellations and refunds.

Item arrived with a defect, have to wait months for a replacement, no clear indication when I will get this unless you chase, customer communication is incorrect and confusing. Ordered the same chair twice, both seem to be different but yet claim to be the same chair being sold.

Such helpful and friendly sales staff who helped me make a choice in the kitchen stools I wanted. Fabulous delivery with a timed slot on when delivery would be made. Wonderful orange velvet bat stools with black legs and brass trims. Perfection! Would definitely use this company again!

Delivery great

Our chairs arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. They were easy to assemble and are comfortable and just what we wanted.

Chairs are nice - wasn’t expecting to have to assemble them though. This was not as easy as it should have been as some of the pre drilled holes were difficult to line up. A pity as they are otherwise reasonably well-made. This made the experience less than perfect added to the two delivery men who hardly spoke English and didn’t understand anything we said about signing ‘unchecked’ as they only had 10 minutes for the delivery. Didn’t offer to help unpack them or remove packaging. Very disappointing and unhelpful! Expected a little more given that purchase was £1500 and delivery was charged for!

Pretty poor service. Bought a sofa. Advised of a delivery date. I was travelling so my wife took a day off to accomodate. She moved all the furniture around etc. But no delivery and no comms to explain why. I've received emails and texts saying 'successfully delivered'. Just poor all round. Up your game.
