Conveyancers with a difference, you will be dealt with by a fully qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor who will handle your transaction from start to finish.

I cannot speak highly enough of Davis & Co Property Lawyers Limited. Rose Davis, and members of her team, were all without exception an absolute pleasure to deal with.
What started as a straightforward sale to a long-term tenant suddenly became far more complicated when the buyer was unfortunately unable to proceed personally. With very little notice, the transaction had to be changed midway and transferred to the tenant’s daughter - which understandably caused me a fair bit of panic at my end.
Every aspect was handled professionally, calmly and efficiently. Communication was excellent from start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble, and at every stage I felt they genuinely cared about getting the matter over the line properly.
What could easily have become a stressful and messy situation was dealt with smoothly and competently thanks to their hard work and experience.
I would recommend Davis & Co Property Lawyers without any hesitation.

Davis and co were highly recommended to us and now we know why. We used thwm for sale and purchase. From the first call everything was explained very clearly and all costs were explained. They were really thorough with all paperwork and did this so quickly! They answered emails really fast and put any worries to bay. They made what is a super stressful time into a really easy time. On completion day it all went through so quickly and we were updated instantly. I would recommend them highly now too. Thankyou so much for all the hardwork.
