Hi,
I have bought from your website before also I always have very good experience.
Your quality of jewelry is excellent I love it the only suggestion I would like to give is that, please try to put same color moti , the hanging moti in the earrings if it is a single color stone earrings it gives the earrings more precious look even if it is gold plated. In small earrings too.
This is my very humble suggestion.
You guys are doing amazing though.

Very poor delivery service …
I informed your customer service through online chat that I'm traveling on December-4 and was assured that the order will be delivered by December-4 but actual delivery was made on December-6. This was a gift I had to take with me. Now the package will be sitting outside my door for more than six weeks.

You placed your order on Saturday, November 23, for our traditional Jadavi in green, which was clearly stated in the title as “Ships in 1 Week.” Your order was scheduled to ship on Monday, December 2, well within the timeline promised. However, on December 1, you informed us of your unexpected travel plans for December 4.
Although you selected free USPS First Class shipping (which does not guarantee delivery within 2 days), we upgraded your shipping to UPS Ground at our own expense to accommodate your request. Please note that this upgrade was done as a courtesy, despite no prior communication about your travel timeline.
It’s also important to recognize that your order was processed during the Thanksgiving holiday period, which we worked through to ensure timely shipment. The package was delivered on Thursday, December 5. While we strive to meet every customer’s expectations, we cannot be held accountable for last-minute travel plans that were not communicated when the order was placed.
For future orders, we strongly recommend informing us of any specific delivery requirements prior to placing your order, especially during busy holiday seasons. This ensures that we can meet your expectations without unnecessary confusion.
