So far customer service has not been…

So far customer service has not been great. I emailed twice asking for an update about my order. They told me it would take 3 weeks from the date of purchase. They failed to provide any time window. Their response to my emails was not satisfactory. I would have responded more professionally and told my customer in a more empathetic tone that the order will go out as soon as possible and that we value your business. None of that was said to me. In fact I needed the teeka for an event. Not only will I not get it in time for the event but they lost a future customer and potential customers because had the product been nice it would have garnered attention and would have been a great way to promote their business.

Thank you for the review javeria .
I replied twice in the email that the product you purchased is a made to order item and it will take three weeks .

The title clearly mentioned it’s not ready with us . What we make are hand made jewelry and it takes time to make them . We don’t mass produce stuff , one piece at one time is our store policy to maintain quality and uniqueness .

You asked for a tracking number , our reply was the item is still in making and unfortunately I cannot provide tracking to you till it shipped . Regarding making time it was mentioned as 3 weeks in our email conversation as well

We do value business provided by our customers ,which is why we never made a false promise of shipping it out early as we know that this product will take time .

Thanks

Thank you for your reply redha . You are completely changing your statement here as you were clearly a case of buyer remorse . you were stating in messages that you paid a lot to the contrary we keep our prices very customer friendly.

Firstly our Liza set is Polki style and not Kundan . You were expecting it to be moissanite which was clearly misconception from your side .
We have not mentioned any where about meenakari on our description for this particular set .

You contacted us citing that the jewelry is not as per your liking and you paid a lot , we offered you store credit to which you never replied till date since March . We are still open to offer you store credit once the jewelry is returned .

Thanks
Team Deccan jewelry
