It's a scam . I never received anything. When I try to communicate with the sales department they say I have to communicate with the post office. And I have another purchase for mysteries box. I received a gift card and the app demon box for use the gift card they stole my money and never send anything!!!

I order a box from Amazon and received this card. It's a scam, I've been trying to redeem this card for three hours and still haven't gotten pass the first screen and then it wants my credit card information for what if I have spent $50.00 already. Give me a refund!

I bought the pallet from Amazon and received a giftcard for $50. And the website to order from looks very sketchy and looks like they just took my money. Amazon should be ashamed to have such things like this on their website.

Amazon and demon box are in cahoots of scamming people. I got over $100 worth of items and I still haven't received any of them. Then it's not explained correctly on the site on how and what you can do with your products. if you recycle it you're screwed. I sent customer service a message 7 months ago not one response, 7 months! I recommend everybody to go to the better Business bureau and file a complaint online. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves ripping off their own American brothers and sisters.

Scam, nothing like the description. Shows flashy prizes and gives you garbage. Then says you need three garbage items before they ship

They do not explaintje rules,the rules on the gift card are different from the site ,had $60 spent it all now I'm told to that I have to buy 3 boxes in order to have them delivered FU** THEM IT'S A SCAM already reported it

Same as all the others. Ordered a pallet full of returned merchandise. Got a useless gift card instead. Luckily Amazon did not charge my credit card for this as I think they are intune to this scam. I had a bad feeling about this after I ordered it that the page that had the ad was taken down from Amazon.

Spent research time to see a xmas gift. Thought by going via Amazon would avoid scam. Instead of returned electronics got a 'demon gift card' that wont even deliver 'won' prize, requires more spending to have three boxes. Total scam, disappointed.

I ordered a box from Amazon and never got a box I got these gift cards to download a app for more boxes witch is not even worth the time but I said what ever and tried to order now I'm waiting on my order to be delivered which has been pending 2 weeks now this demon box is 100% a scam and I'm very disappointed in Amazon because the whole reason I went through Amazon is so I would not get scammed and still get scammed so I think it's safe to say Amazon has lost my business this has honestly ruined Christmas for me and my children because that was supposed to be their Christmas presents and no now they have to wait till after Christmas to get presents never again (Amazon NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS ASAP) because I'm sure I won't be the only customer they lose do to this situation

100% SCAM! RIP OFF! EVEN IF YOU DO WANT THE ITEM, THEY WILL NOT SHIP ONE ITEM ONLY, SO YOU HAVE TO SPEND EVEN MORE AND GET RIPPED OFF AGAIN. I PAID FOR A BOX OF RETURNED GOODS, NOT A GIFT CARD TO GET ONE CHEAP ITEM!

I also thought I was to receive a box of returned goods from AMazon. I got a gift card and a website address which will not let me register or use the card. I have asked them for help and told Amazon what a total scam this is. No one has contacted me.I guess I am just out $40.00 Just more proof that Amazon will let anybody sell anything on site

Was advertised as a box with surprise returns to Amazon. Was really a Demon Box $40 gift card that I paid $39 for. Big disappointment.

If I could do negative I would ordered from amazon what I thought was a box of electronic things and got a gift card to this sorry site. Have no idea how to redeem or actually get the box that I had ordered in the first place or "win" it ( the stupidity is amazing to me). I dont want to win what I tried to buy. I searched for hours to choose this for Xmas and got this headache. Amazon needs to do something about this. DO NOT order if the sender is "MEDUU" ON AMAZON.

This is the hugest scam, not only do they pay for or create good reviews for them self’s they’re only means of communication is WhatsApp! Please don’t fall for this read more then just the first 5 reviews they get worse and worse!!!
