I ordered a mystery box from Amazon as "Amazon Returns in New Condition". Instead, I received a GIFT CARD FROM A THIRD PARTY CALLED DEMON-BOX.
According to many, many reviews, Demon-Box is a scam company. I don't know how or why Amazon allows this bait and switch tactic! Never again! Trying to return the gift card for a refund.

I paid for a box from Amazon and I get this @h-t. This is not what I paid for.

I am not sure why Amazon lets this happen on their site. They offer a pallet of items and send you a Gift card? Why would amazon let this happen? I reached out to amazon and they are refunding my money but this makes me doubt any purchase from amazon in the future. Not a good look.

Absolute Garbage. You buy a “pallet” from Amazon and all you get is ridiculous gift cards for much less than you pay. The website itself is extremely sketchy and basically a Scam. That’s it, it’s a Scam. Try to contact Amazon for a legitimate pallet or one in your town. Don’t lose your money to this!

Scam alert. You get gift cards towards a chance to win an item. Could be worth more or less than what you paid. They won't ship it to you however unless you buy 2 more items. Had to complain to amazon to get my money back. Don't do it. YOU WILL BE SORRY!

When I received the gift cards instead of a pallet, I attempted to return the cards to the address provided by the seller. The package came back. The company was not there. I contacted Amazon who quickly refunded my money.

If I could give a negative 1 star I would. This is a scam. Amazon description makes you think you're getting a box of items but you get a giftcard to this sketchy company. Sadly you don't know you're getting ripped off until you have redeemed the gift card then it's too late. Amazon Scam

What a scam. I ordered this online and received a demon box gift card for less than I paid. All I can do with it is buy crap on other websites. Shame on you, Amazon for having this on your website. You are dropping in my book.

Complete RIPOFF I MEAN COMPLETE RIPOFF. Amazon even let me write what I think about it. I paid 45$ and I received 2x 20$ gift certificates for this s.... site to order for example computer mouse for 40.00$ or shoes for 3100 some dollars.. Don't fall that again. Definitely I Will not

This absolute 💩 , any rating over one star is an employee or was paid. Don’t get sucked in. Also, if you have a shred of decency send her back cash and don’t bother responding trying to sell me your brand.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. just purchased from amazon and I paid more and got cheap gift cards instead to a suspicious site. I'm furious and shocked Amazon would allow this. Sickening. I'm out a lot of $$$ just looking for what they advertised. We all need to contact amazon before another buyer gets hustled! Horrible. DO NOT BUY. Total Scam!!!!

Full on scam. I purchased boxes. As everyone has said they sent the demon box gift cards. And the scam was the same. Avoid this at all times.

Just got my boxes from Amazon i got scammed for for two boxes for demon box what a ripped off . this is some high class BS. I am very surprised about this having been associated with Amazon. I It wouldnt let me set up anaccount these gift cards are a complete waste .

I ordered a pallet of Amazon return tools and a return pallet of electronics and all I got were 2 Demon Box $30 gift cards which are now in the trash. I cannot believe that Amazon was a party to this FRAUD. I hope someone starts a class action against Amazon I am looking into filing a complaint with the Fair trade Commision for deceptive advertising Has anyone ever gotten a pallet of return goods from Amazon? Or is it all one big scam?

DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE!! COMPLETE SCAM. Ordered mystery boxes from Amazon and got gift cards to this crap place. Scammed me out of a few hundred dollars just trying to find something I would actually use. Had to have multiple items for them to ship, plus pay additional for shipping, still haven’t received my purchases. Tried contacting some sort of customer service on the site AND on WhatsApp like they suggested. Haven’t heard anything and it’s been a couple weeks.
