Ordered plates Sunday 23rd January 2025, immediate email response confirming details. I emailed required documentation on the Monday, again immediate response confirmation. Plates arrived Wednesday 26th and they are superb. What else can you ask for. Great service 5*

Extremely disappointed in this company. Have used them numerous times before so automatically wrnt back to them. Placed an order online and subsequently tried to submit documentation required via email. The email constantly 'queued' so tried 3 alternative email addresses to send. Stil no luck so called and was given 2 alternative emails to send. Nothing worked so called again. Person was incredibly unhelpful and rude telling us we needed to email the manager..... ?!?! Eventually we were given a mobile number to send the documents to. Plates finally arrived. Plates of standard quality but customer service appalling. Shame, but certainly won't recommend again!

Very good communication, both email and by phone. My plates arrived very quickly after placing the order and quality of finish is high. As a non standard (but road legal) size, I needed a little more support than I would normally need, as the cost was a little more and I needed to be 100% certain everything was as I needed.

Plates ok but despite their website stating they came with a fitting kit, they did not and when I emailed to question this all I got was 'oh well that's wrong wording, you need to pay for it'
Awful customer service, they don't care about their customers. Wish I had read these reviews beforehand.

Awful customer service skills. Number plate took weeks to arrive, they then stated I had to provide them with further documents but no contact or followup was made to me, it was up to me to find this out. When I finally got my plate it wasn't the same as the picture from their OWN website, they then blamed me and said I should of stated I wanted it like this?

Look at other reviews and see how their customer service is non exsistant, buy elsehwere as I will.

For a standard set of plates, I had no problems and everything as promised. After reading reviews I had a few concerns but I really liked their design with the Jaguar logo.

Paid the money, emailed required paperwork to them and all arrived a few days later. Lovely plates.

Do not recommend this company ,will scam you out of your money and will refuse to refund even though you haven't received the parcel.

Crap service Did not send me the plate I ordered. Use another company. Demon Plates are usleless

Ordered my plates 8 days ago then claim they were sent and put through someone else's letterbox which makes me think they put the wrong address and all other couriers can find my house. They use Royal Mail (Tracked 48) who are very unreliable. As am going away I said I needed replacements by midday today and they merely sent on Royal Mail 24 (another unreliable service) again when should have used a proper courier as this was not my fault. I will never use this company again and they are also very unhelpful and just blame Royal Mail. I now cant go away today as need these plates to drive the car having changed insurance policy and contacted DVLA. They have cost be money and a lot of stress.

Very misleading site.
Allows you to space your letters, but they then send plates without the spacing claiming there was small print saying this in the ordering process.
Regardless of whether the spacing is illegal on the roads (I was ordering plates for trade shows and events, never to be used on public highways) if their website allows you to space, and the order confirmation AND invoice has the spaces also, then send what we ordered.
They have refused to take them back and refund, and hide behind the illegality of incorrect spacing on public roads - which again doesn't apply to this instance.

The primary thing is they only do legal plates if that is what you want. There is a huge clampdown on stuff by police and anpr where we live so this is more important and particular than you might imagine. Who cares? If they get close enough to have a look and want to be tough on you, it’s another three points on the licence, to go with your part-bald tyre you had no idea was worn on the inside edge - it happens.

Here are some examples of what the less-fastidious suppliers permit that Demon Plates know isn’t legal: you cannot break a border line around the number plate characters, to put a slogan or supplier name on; you must have the supplier name and the BS145 standard declared somewhere on the plate; there must be an 11mm gap between the characters and the edge of the plate; short plates are potentially problematic, and despite one if my characters taking up 33mm less space, i didn’t want to chance it.
And the supplier is meant to be registered with the DVLA AND you should need to supply your details, ie driver licence and V5 or proof of right to get a plate for that car. There’s more, but should YOU really have to know this stuff, is my point.

The plates arrived quickly with a plastic film over their face side, saves scratching when fitting. I wanted it right not quick but Demon Plates did both. They offer a fitting kit but i got decent sticky foam from refitting my spouse’s plates so you can take that option if you don’t have stuff already. I recommend them as a good supplier if plates that is properly registered, take care all.

Brilliant service and plates delivered on time, exactly when they said. Great quality and a nice simple process, I only had to email scans of the legally required relevant documents and the plates were with me in 3 working days.

Great efficient service. Plates ordered Saturday - here by Wednesday - easy to upload documents, quality plates.

Brilliant service and quick delivery. I accidentally forgot to send 1 of the required documents via email and they got in touch within 2 hours to let me know.
When the plates arrived they were brilliant quality and the Government required branding/code on bottom right is tiny, seen a few people complain about this for some rreason. They are also really well priced compared to other sites.

Fifth time using Demon Plates over the last 10+ years. Only ever had a slight issue with one plate that was sent, which was quickly rectified with no quibbles. They are a legitimate and legally-recognised plate supplier, unlike many others online who don't follow the rules and supply "show plates", which seems to be the beef of the 1-star reviews on here. Also, beware that a number of other online outfits title their Google search header as "Demon Plates", and are completely different companies, so make sure you are actually using the genuine Demon Plates before reviewing them. Ask yourself why other companies would want to use Demon Plates' good name and reputation?

Ordered new plates on Monday, uploaded the required docs, received email confirmation a few hours later they had them, received the plates in the post on Wednesday.

If you want proper, good quality legal plates, this is the place to go.

Absolutely fab.... Ordered my number plates late one evening, whole process was effortless and they were with me a day later. Plates look good also. I would highly recommend and would use them again.

I ordered a set of plates, they arrived quickly and looked good, I have ordered from them before, however, when I went to fit them, the spacing was not as I had ordered. I dropped them an email to bring it to their attention. I got a prompt email back saying it is in the T&C's, 'no matter the spacing you order that you order, they will arrive in a legal format'

Who reads T&C's... annoyed and £40 wasted!

Nice and easy ordering process, fast dispatch/delivery and the plates themselves are of a high quality without over the top branding spoiling the look of them which is a must for me. You do have to email them the required documents post placing your order, so don’t delay doing that or it will slow down you receiving the goods. As a suggestion, it would be much easier if you could upload the documents at checkout to save you the hassle of having to email them, but all in all I’m very happy with Demon Plates and I’ve actually placed several orders since for my other vehicles.
