I nearly didn't buy my plates from here, based on some of the reviews. I'm glad I took the chance. Easy ordering, very simple to upload my documents (and an almost instant response saying they had been checked ok), a few days later and I have my plates delivered, and they are great quality too. Can't ask for much more!

Wanted a shaped rear plate for my Jaguar x-type but didn’t want to send my paperwork via the postal service so someone recommended Demonplates. The website was user friendly, it was easy to select the correct size plate from the drop down list, the order process was simple, the price very competitive and the company were happy to accept photographic proof of my log book and driving licence. The company sent regular emails about the status of my order up to and including the point of delivery and the plates came within 4 days of ordering. Would have no hesitation recommending this company.

Lousy experience. Ordered on the 12th of the month, paid for fast delivery, received them on the 22nd of the month. First off, they don't mention the paperwork you need to send them until AFTER you have paid, and once you have paid you do not have any option to cancel. I would have ordered show plates, had they been clear - however this wouldn't be an issue if they were in any way responsive - it asks for photo proof of the front page of your retention document, which I sent with my license on top of it not obscuring any information on the retention document - they just ask for proof linking you to the plate, so this seemed a sensible photo to send. Nothing for 3 days. I emailed them asking where my plate was. Nothing at all, no response. Second email, no response. In the end I rang them and they said they hadn't received a photo of the full front page of the doc, besides that not being written anywhere in their instructions. Unhappy with the service I said I'd like to cancel, but they said I couldn't and refused a refund. I resent a new photo and it still was another 4 days before the plates were received. Useless, use someone else. The plates were of decent quality when received but the company are useless (although the person on the phone was polite enough). I have used the other google top listed companies and always get the plates in a couple of days max, so I recommend avoiding this company and going with one of the others - Had they dropped me an email on the day I ordered asking for a better photo it would STILL have been a slow service, but would have been better customer service - instead they just ignored my order and emails til I got frustrated enough to phone them. Remember, this was all with paying their premium postage which is only 48 hour anyway. Terrible.

Fantastic company, the plates received are of brilliant quality! Really simple from start to finish, received the plates only a few days after ordering. Couldn’t recommend them more. Thanks!

I've ordered what I thought was correct for my car. However, they make the face-lifted (Version 2) of my car, and nowhere in the website is it stated that it's for the newer version.

Now they want me to return it at my cost.

My previous number plate from them even had dust under the acrylic.

Company has no Quality Check or Customer Service.

I ordered some plates from demon plates after purchasing a private reg.
the customer service from start to finish has been exceptional.
I received an email from the reg company to explain that the plate had been sold. I emailed demon plates to explain the situation and they were happy to help and as a gesture of good will amended the plates for free even though they had already been generated!
Claire was helpful throughout and dealt with all my queries in a timely manner, even upgrading my delivery for free as my initial email brightened up her Monday morning.
Would highly recommend demon plates to anyone needing a reg making up.
Fantastic, quick and friendly service. Made for a great experience all round!

misleading site hides the fact they require a long list of documents until AFTER you have paid. They claim its DVLA fault but in fact they hide this info and so they should change their site to include the long document list in the FAQs!
Hard to get a refund but keep pushing and they will eventually grudgingly do so..

Absolutely the best service.
Ordered plates on Friday afternoon. Emailed documents straight away. Then I received a series of emails as to the progress and received the physical plates Monday Morning.
You cannot get better service than that!
Telephone help was prompt and informative to a question I had before ordering.

Ordered plates on Monday 7th Dec and arrived Thursday 10th Dec. Documents authorised on same day of purchase and a nice quick delivery. Customer service was also very helpful called to find out if all details such as company and bsau marking was in the right bottom corner which they confirmed. Leaving me with a nice minimalistic look :)

Brilliant service, I used from a recommendation from a friend as I thought how cool their gel plates looked so I needed my own. Both me and my partner both have them and they look awesome. The company are brilliant with customers and very quick to contact you if you require next day delivery. They are polite and a very friendly company to deal with.

After looking on the web site for a number plate manufacturer, I saw so many bad reviews on companies that were based overseas so I wanted a UK based organisation with at least some good reviews. I was not disappointed, yes they want photographic ID but they explained that this is for legal reasons, I ordered the plate on Monday, I called Clare to confirm she had all of the necessary information, the plate turned up on Wednesday. Why would anyone try to save £2 off the price of a plate just to get hassle and not the plate that they wanted? I would thoroughly recommend Demon Plates

Opted for the black domed plates, extremely happy.

Demon Plates made it so easy to purchase plates! Purchased on Wednesday and were on my car by Saturday! Great service, due to paying on my phone, the website refreshed and charged me twice. I messaged them and had a reply instantly and a refund! 100% recommend, plates look great and the cheapest I found by far!
