Don't buy Nissan juke they need to recall them as mine cuts out while going along and I call my juke Renault joke
Don't buy Nissan juke unless u got a unlimited bank account and don't recommend jukes at all

Scott, At Desira. Has been a marvellous sales person to work with. Every little detail I asked for, Scott went above and beyond for. Including my jokes to unveil my car with a bow added. Within 5 minutes Scott had that sorted! I was sad to not keep my bow 😂. Scott although you always tell me “No thanks needed”. You once again have my Thank-yous. 100% a 5* man! I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dean at Desira in Norwich. The damage to the upholstery of one of the seats (cut) in my Suzuki Vitara required a specialist repairer, as Suzuki do not supply the required part. Dean took the time and effort to locate a suitable specialist and to arrange for the issue to be resolved smoothly and professionally. This is a great experience with the customer care provided by Desira in Norwich, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A massive shout out to Jacob at Desira Nissan in Norwich . He was super supportive and guided us through the Motability application process for our daughter’s car . He was incredibly patient and actually took the time to listen to what her specific preferences and needs were rather than just trying to get us to lease the most expensive option . He kept in touch throughout the progress of the application and made the whole experience far less stressful. He even adjusted the interior neon lights to green as it was her favourite colour . I would highly recommend him and the dealership for their customer service

I Purchased a new Qashquai from Desira Norwich for my wife. Whilst I thought we would be met with pushy salesmen we encountered the exact opposite. Jacob who dealt with the initial enquiry was patient, informative, knowledgeable, accommodating and explained everything in easy to understand terms. When my wife went on a test drive he was a gent and allowed her to drive the vehicle at her pace and gave her advice and prompts in a polite manner. He looked for a car that matched our specification and when we rejected them as not suitable it was no problem and he went and started the search again. We eventually opted for a new car and he kept in close communication throughout and advised us of who to contact when he was not available. Since we have had the car he has called to see how we are getting on, answered several questions we had and will be in contact again in a month to see how things are and if we have any queries. What we thought was going to be a pushy, hard sell, from a cocky salesman was the exact opposite and was a pleasure to purchase a car from Desira Norwich and to be taken through the purchasing process in a unassertive and easy going way by Jacob

Excellent service from this dealership Jacob Stares from Desira Nissan Norwich was our sales representative, Jacob was very knowledgeable regarding our new mobility car we were interested in and explained all the benefits of this car that suited my mobility needs Jacob was very understanding.
