I book quite a lot of my holidays with D2, especially to the Middle East. They always have the best prices and their website is easy to use with lots of options.

Just booked another holiday with Nadine. She was so patient looking for the best offers and tailoring the holiday to our needs. She gave good advice on the length of stay and also the proximity of the accommodation to restaurants and sight seeing etc.,

I booked my holiday with destination 2 as I am not good online I called and spoke to STEPHEN who went extra mile to get this sorted for me. I had to wait for leave and was confused on destination too but he had so much patience and kept in touch to get everything sorted. He is a true assesst to your customer service . I booked a package holiday with Destination2, but unfortunately my flight was one of those affected by the air traffic control issues.

Despite contacting Destination2 as soon as I became aware that my flight had been cancelled, I received virtually no support or assistance during what became an extremely stressful 24 hours. No callbacks were made, there was no follow-up contact, and I was left to deal with the situation myself.

What was particularly disappointing was that Destination2 did not notify either my accommodation or the transfer company about the cancelled flight and my delayed arrival. I was extremely fortunate that, when I eventually reached my destination, the hotel reception staff were able to reinstate my booking.

I have since submitted a formal complaint by email, but so far I have received no response.

I have booked several holidays through Destination2 in the past, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Sadly, after the complete lack of support and communication when I genuinely needed their assistance, this will be the last holiday I book with them.

Brilliant Service – Highly Recommend Destination2
I’ve now booked three holidays through Destination2 and have had a brilliant experience every time. Everything has always been straightforward and reliable, and most importantly, I feel completely confident and reassured booking with them — something that’s so important these days.
With my most recent holiday to Dubai, I actually realised I’d made an error and booked the wrong flights! As soon as I received the confirmation, I called Destination2 and spoke to a lovely lady called Heather, who couldn’t have been more helpful. She quickly sorted everything out for me and arranged the correct flights.
It was so reassuring to be able to pick up the phone, speak to a real person and have the problem resolved so efficiently and without any fuss.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Destination2 again and would highly recommend them.

I spoke with a very helpful gentleman by the name of Sohit, he was able to sort out my flights and hotel for next year, he rang me back as promised to confirm the booking and emailed me the paperwork with in minutes of speaking to him, I would recommend this travel agents and shall use them again.

We have been speaking to Nadine over the last week about a holiday to The Maldives. Nadine emailed the island we requested on many occasions and gained us a fantastic deal which we really appreciate as this will be our third visit. I can highly recommend Destination 2 especially Nadine if you are looking for a holiday.

A travel package was efficiently put together for us: flights, transfers, hotel and cruise. When I pointed out I still needed information on one transfer it was dealt with immediately. And it was all in a friendly manner.
